My husband, two children, and mother went to Rojas in Pueblo West on Friday night following a school activity. Our server was nice but was completely unaware of what was on their menu. After waiting almost 40 minutes for our food, my husband got up from our table to ask the kitchen staff how much longer our food would take. The "General Manager", as she so frequently called herself, approached our table and began to argue with me about the amount of time we had been waiting for our food. She continued to argue and then sarcastically told my mother "well, we are not going to serve raw food". I was completely offended that the General Manager of this establishment handled this situation in such an obscene way. My family and I are Pueblo Natives and we pride ourselves in shopping and eating out local, to support our community and the people in it. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone because their "General Manager" lacks class and respect for the very people who help to support their business.
