While Robert showed up to assess the job quickly, the job was not done quickly and the quality was sloppy. Started the renovation in October 2018 said it would take two weeks. Seven weeks later it was completed with the exception of the flooring. New flooring was damaged by workmen and not replaced to present day. The workers stole personal property from my home witnessed by my neighbors. They charge you the finance charge they are supposed to pay which is against the rules of the finance company. For the amount of money paid it should have been way better and perfect. I will not do business with this company again and recommend finding someone else to anyone in need of renovations.
In regards to how the job not being done quickly, there were reasons why, the following were: Special order flooring that was ordered per customer. We also needed to work around your schedule. Flooring that was damaged was re-ordered and has been sitting in our office for over 5 1/2 months because we have been out numerous times to fix the problem and customer was not home and did not respond. We have receipts and materials, recorded phone calls that are dated. As for items being stolen from your home is the first time we have heard of this. Also the financing charges that were said to have been charged, Lively Home Improvement only charges a credit card processing fee for transactions used by credit. What the finance company charges does not get put onto the bill. This matter has been turned over to our corporate attorney. We have tried on numerous occasions to contact this customer in regards to this matter. Along with the customer stating that job took longer, customer fails to mention that their were change orders and rotted wood with mold issues upon demo of the bathroom that needed to be treated.
After a small problem rob really stepped up and made everything very smooth I will use them again

Just had my roof done and these guys did a great job very polite and got the job done in a timely manner would highly recommend already have them scheduled to come back and put a window in for me
I am very happy with the work that Robert and his company have done. Every time I call the office, their receptionist is very helpful and quick to answer questions. When an appointment time was set, he arrived as scheduled and after the work was done, the next day; they called to follow up with me to make sure I was happy and everything was working out well. Everything was done in a timely manner, they cleaned up nicely after the job was done, and let me know of some other things that I should need to look for in the future. He is very knowledgable and friendly.
I was very happy with everything they have done for me so far, and I will definitely hire him for future jobs, and I would feel very confident recommending him to others who need home improvement work.
I have hired Lively Home Improvement numerous times for doing some home improvements for us. Recently we have hired the company (Robert and his crew) to build us a handicapped ramp and rebuilt our existing deck. Everything is going right on schedule without any surprises or extra expenses. I HIGHLY recommend this company as they WILL make the customer happy and do GOOD QUALITY WORK. Our new TREX DECK will be done soon and cannot wait. 5 stars for GREAT WORK. Thank you as you have made one handicapped young man VERY HAPPY.
I recently had extensive work done to the exterior and interior of my home and had the pleasure of having Robert and his crew do an awesome job!
Robert came out the day after I called to give me an estimate and the job was scheduled shortly after. I was very pleased that I didn't have to wait weeks or even months out.
