At this time, I have been contacted...

directly by Nesterova Home Interiors LLC regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
[The business indicated I would receive a refund, however I have yet to receive payment.  In the attached email, you will see I informed the owner, Samuel M[redacted], that the refund was due by 6/6 in the form of a money order or a certified check. He never responded & I have not received payment.  He is a crook!!!  
I clearly stated "I want my deposit of $5,000 returned in addition to $647.81 (the cost of the stone that I paid for and is not of use to me - the fabricator showed me your drawing and it is not what we agreed upon and is therefore ruined). Totaling $5,647.81. You've lied and misled me on a number of occasions when I asked if the cabinets were finished and why the counter top was ruined.  I am currently at a loss of money and time as this project has been significantly delayed.
Samuel M[redacted] was to make my cabinets himself however he then turned around, after a month, and said the person making my cabinets took off with the money.  If this had been the case, why wouldn't he explain this previously.  HE IS A LIER!! ]
