At this time, I have been contacted directly by Nesterova Home Interiors LLC regarding complaint ID [redacted] , however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [The business indicated I would receive a refund, however I have yet to receive payment In the attached email, you will see I informed the owner, Samuel M***, that the refund was due by 6/in the form of a money order or a certified checkHe never responded & I have not received payment He is a crook!!!
