I ordered hair from Lushymingzhu, ( 3 32? bundles) for 250$
When my hair arrived it was a perfect 30'.... that's not what I ordered. If I wanted to order 30? hair I could have payed $220 for it ( that's the price she had listed on her website) I contacted her and sent her photos and requested to be refunded the difference and she was really rude and unprofessional about it and said 'there should be no confusion the factory trimmed the dead ends? buyers beware.

Refund I just want to be refunded the difference I paid for 32? and received 30? it's a 30$ difference.
Our hair is measured correct directly from my factory. The only reason she is stating it isn't the correct length is because I only sell hair with clipped ends... and it is understandable that she may think it's shorter but it isn't. In her picture she sent me the hair was next to a ruler... but the hair wasn't straight down the ruler. I've read her complaint and just to satisfy my customers I will gladly give her a difference for any confusion even if the hair is correct from what she ordered.
