                     On 11/17/16 there was a lady that walk in at the salon. We greeted her and asked what she needed done today? She responded "she needed a pedicure and full set. We responded about 15 minute wait for services. She agreed to stay. We were busy that day with appointments. After 15  minute later we took her in. Did her full set first. After done with the process. Told her if she want a pedicure. She has to wait 25 minute because appointment were in. If she ok with that and paint her nails same time with pedicure. The client replied yes that fine. In our  business policy we cannot let appointment wait. The reason why they called to make one. When she was all done with her services perfectly shape and polished. Before we check out. We asked her how was her service? She said good. So she paid and left. About couple minute later, she called in. Stated: she didn't like her nails and it was sticky and wanted a refund back.  We told her. Please come back in we will fix it for you that normal. It always can be fixable. No problem. Client said no she don't have time. She want the refund and talk to the manager. The manager told her "if she wanted a refund she has to come back and take a look at her hand. If it fixable. If not we will removed the acrylic on her hands. We greatly will do the full refund." The client responded "no she not coming back. If we don't refund her. She will report us to business complaint."  In business we do our best to satisfy every customers. if only the customers is not satisfied with the services. We will accommodate whatever they needed. we cannot do a refund when client had left the salon and call over the phone. It like giving free services out. Anyone can called over the phone and telling us anything. For our safety, client has to come in and show us their nails. If they not happy and can't be fix. We will refund full amount. We stand behind our product. We make sure we use the best product we're made.
