Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2016/03/09) */ I take all customer issues seriously and personally, especially when then there are accusations madeWe did our best to help the customer with toiletsWe did return to make a second repair on the first toilet and then were called about the second toiletI told the customer we to go back out and look at it, but stated that because of the age of the toilet it should be replacedI did not state that we would only go out to replaceThe customer was aware of condition of the toilet from our first trip and he stated that they planned on remodeling the bathroom soon and wanted it to fixed to get byThe customer then stated that it seemed we did not want to work for them, I just said that I wanted them to understand that because of the age of the toilet we may not be able to fix it and that it may have to be replacedHe then hung up on me and has refused to even pay for the work we did do Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (3000, 7, 2016/03/09) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
