I am rejecting this response because:  it is only partially resolved. I did get a credit for the arrangement that was not delivered . But what about the arrangement that was not even close to what I actually ordered? If they cannot provide the exact arrangement born sometujng even close tonic then they should not be charging money. It's insulting that you pay for something and get something totally different. In would like a credit as well as I requested for that arrangement.   This company really needs to read the [redacted] reviews of not just me but the many unhappy customers who unfortunately have had the same experience that I did.
