I am rejecting this response because:This is the same answer regarding poor customer service and selling a lousy product. I had no choice but to resolve the issue myself out of my own pocket. My experience with this business was both terrible and expensive. Like I mentioned before, if you're going to spend any decent amount of money go to a certified dealer who can back up the product they sell. I told them about the issue and they told me it's nothing. My engine blows right after and I'm told it happens, if I wrote a check and it bounced then said it happens, I'd be in court. Crooks should go to jail and the way they practice business they should be too.

[redacted] was given the choice to bring the car back to return it a week after she took the car om 08/14/17.  [redacted] called the bank on 08/17/17 to complain about the interest rate and overall cost of the car. So at that point we offered [redacted] the option to return the car and get a refund of...

her deposit.  She declined this option and went on to verify additional information needed by the bank.  She wanted to continue with the loan and certified this with a conference call with someone at the bank.  We are no longer in a position to offer this option since we have titled and registered the vehicle.

Mr. [redacted] purchased his car from us with a three month 5,000 mile warranty which could have been used at any ASE certified mechanic shop.  We inspected his car and found no issues with the engine. If there was a need for a new engine on Mr. [redacted]'s car, [redacted] would have approved...

any work to be done.  It seems Mr. [redacted] had a mechanic already and he could have used the warranty for repairs with his shop.

Customer clearly states that the vehicle was always repaired at the manufacturers dealer and under factory warranty. We never did any repairs to the car nor would being the car is under factory warranty. We are not responsible to issue any kind of refund of purchase. This vehicle is under factory...

warranty, any and all repairs should be done and covered by the manufacturer.

[redacted] purchased a 2006 BMW 750LI on 09/17/14. At the time of delivery, he was given (included) a basic PowerTrain 90 Day Warranty for the engine and transmission. We also offered an Extended Warranty Service Contract, but [redacted] declined to  purchase it.On 10/24/14, I believe [redacted] had visited...

the BMW New Car Dealership which inspected the vehicle and suggested a long list of maintenance items and the diagnosis to replace the valve seals. I believe the BMW dealership tried to activate a claim under the warranty but was denied because this was just a basic powertrain warranty. The warranty company does not cover valve seals, and so the suggested repair is not a covered claim. Then, later that morning, on 10/24/14, the customer visited our store and spoke with our general manager [redacted] at length about this issue. We were friendly with [redacted] and wanted to help him and spent 3 hours with him going over the recommendations of the BMW Dealership and how we can help him. We agreed together that he would return the week of Oct. 27th (this week) for a free oil change and start an oil consumption test. As the customer stated, he added 2 quarts of oil, but failed to mention that he drove about 2,400 miles. There is no smoke coming out of his tailpipe, which would indicate an oil burning concern. The customer understood that after the oil change, he would drive the car unitl the oil light would come on, and at that point, it can be determined, how many miles he has driven before needing a quart of oil. This is the only way to determine if the problem is severe or normal oil consumption for this type of engine. As of this writing, [redacted] has not come back to us as scheduled, but we still willing to help.

I am rejecting this response because my issue is not being resolved. [redacted] stated the problem needs to be fixed by seller. I am being throw back an fourth. [redacted] your service manger said it was normal for my car to shift like that. He is a owner of one as well words straight from his mouth. He did not have a techniation aviivable march 3rd when I brought car in. It is such a inconvenience to have to drive an hour away to not have anything done. His suggestion to take it to [redacted] is not working. I need a car that works if it wasent for the warranty The car has been worked on for a 115 days out of the 10 months I've owned the car.

Customer came to our facility - a car was chosen - a deposit was left on a vehicle on 01/20/17 - customer was approved - customer changed their mind to a different car - then we held the car an additional 30 days until 3/3/17 - then customer changed their mind again. Yes, we will bend over...

(backwards) and refund the deposit. A check will be mailed asap.

told by the Dealer that, they could not list the additional fees on the contract. [redacted] clearly told me that the bank will send me something in the mail with their charges for the loan. After receiving the letter from the bank, I contacted the bank to find out what I was being charged for the loan as I did not see anything itemized for such charges. The bank said I was not being charged for any additional fees. I have the price of the vehicle as advertised online and the difference that was place on the contract. This was my first time financing a vehicle therefore, I held on to what I was told before raising an alarm after receiving the bank letter. The dealer over charged me $1880.00, and I would like for them to return my money ASAP. How can I put $4,000.00 on a car that value $12950 and end up borrowing over $13000.00 from the bank. Could someone please advise how I could get [redacted] involve in this dispute because, I was told by the dealer that they are responsible for the charges that was not displayed on my contract. The dealer said they cannot itemized the bank charges, because the bank does not disclose these charges with the public. I just want to see in writing why I was charged an additional $1880.00.  I have attached the price of the car and the charge on the contract and you will see where $1880 is missing from the total less the price of the car.

I am rejecting this response because:
I notified them of this within 5 weeks of the purchase. Car was not inspected on this complaint by dealer but more so of a quick glance and listen type of inspection. I took the car to the dealership and couldn't past inspection, I had to pay for service on that to past inspection. I just came out my pocket for $3100 dollars because they failed to give me accurate information on this vehicle. It's just bad business on there part and my mistake for listening to con artists.
Regards,
[redacted]

The customer was advised of all fees and charges at the time of purchase. He made an offer of $12,950 + taxes and fees which was not accepted. The customer agreed to pay $14,145 + taxes and fees as it states on the contract he signed.

We take customer satisfaction and comments seriously. Regarding Mr. [redacted]' complaints, at the time he bought the vehicle in for service, diagnostic work was completed. Mr. [redacted] owned a [redacted] product. His personal mechanic could have conveniently provided the engine repair service he recommended to Mr. [redacted] under warranty.

How can I drive my car like this  , with a big problem and also the car has smoke ??? IT is Burning Oil !!and also I spent six hours speaking with them not three hours , and the General manger said we cannot change the car or fix it or give your money back so what kind of helping he offered ??!!and if they need to give me warranty , this is not resolve the problem , they said after you take the warranty and we change the Free oil for you, you keep the burning oil until the engine broken - they need to give me the same warranty but for one year !!!!! so I cant take this offer and isn't helping me , This is COMMERCIAL FRAUD  so ,
