I called the customer because she was unhappy with the services. Customer said the carpets look dirty. I asked her why she waited months to call us back and she replies with, it hasn't been months. I told the customer the date we cleaned, which was months old, she
replies with I'm not getting anywhere with you and hung up. I did call back and asked her to call me. We have a day policy to come back and re-clean the carpets for free if the customer is not happy. If spots are going to reappear the will do so when the carpet is fully dry, which is around 12-hours. I'm willing to go back and re-clean for the customer at a discount rate. The customer has my number and can call me anytime. If she prefers I will call her.

I am aware of this issue and we have worked with her insurance company to repair or replace the items she is missing or damaged. Already talked to her Insurance and they have taken care of the customer. All itmes were stored at our office, we kept the damaged and undamaged
items, so nothing was thrown away. Customer wants items replaced that still work or were not damages. Insurance company is handling the claim.
