Dear MsClopton, Luter's Supply sells faucets produced by nationally known companies that have a manufacturers' backed warrantyLuter's Supply has never offered an in-home warranty service for products nor do we have in-the-field installation services Ms [redacted] purchased a Moen Roman tub filler with hand shower faucet along with a wabathtub made by American Standard on 4-21-Mr [redacted] of Columbia, MS (independent contractor/plumber) installed her tub as well as her Moen faucet for the bath unitWhen Ms [redacted] contacted our store on 10-5-2015, she notified us that her Moen tub filler was leaking/drippingWe informed her that Moen Faucet Company will send her repair parts for free if she will call their customer service number ((800) 289-6636)(see attached Moen Limited Lifetime Warranty)Ms [redacted] replied that she paid cash (check) for her product and expected us to come and repair her faucet in the home (she repeatedly demanded)We explained that we do not provide the warranty for the product - Moen Faucet Company provides itWe also do not provide in-the-field installation or repair servicesWe are a plumbing supply store with no plumbing service personnel Luter's Supply will always help customers with product issues by connecting them with the correct factory technical service personnelMs [redacted] was not willing to listen and receive guidance in this matterThank you Regards, [redacted] ***
