Sales manager Diana G was unbelievably rude, slammed papers on the desk and walked away, dismissing a customer in the process. This woman and her bigotry should have no place as the sales manager at any business.
My family has bought a total of 5 cars from this dealership, and we were going to go there for a new truck this month, absolutely NOT coming here after what happened! Count that as another $40k loss. I will take my business to a company that respects its customers & treats everyone equally, regardless of there race. I suggest everyone else do the same.
Horrible!! If you don't want repairs before you make first payMent. DONT GO HERE...RIP OFF
Its have been an ongoing problem since 7/30/2018 to have Brookdale Toyota to have my 2018 rav4 front bumper film fix properly with along with the damage that their vendor also did-paint clip, clip the bumper, and now we found that they also scratch the hood. They are not willing to fix the damage properly just touch up and forget.
