Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 12, 2015/07/21) */ First off, Ms [redacted] is not under warranty, we were going to do the work at no charge since we were going to be in her town (1-1/hraway), normally we charge We had to reschedule the work we were doing there, so I contacted her ahead of time to let her know that we would not be her town that day and I would need to get back with her when the job was rescheduledShe went off on me about what poor service we have not coming to Paxton/Loda, to fix a seam I believeI tried to explain that between gas and cost of labor for this minor repair was not cost effective and we would do her repair when we came back to her town the next monthThat very day she wrote a BAD review on [redacted] about usWell, after that we felt no charity towards her and when she dared to call us about her repair we explained to her that we had seen her review and we would not be doing her repair and to find someone else who she felt worthy.::
