I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Our account was never past due with this company, EVER, and had a balance of $which were the fees we submitted this complaint about - $and $combined Our account was not past due and no one from Luther PMiller tried to contact us until this past Saturday, February 6, 2016, after they were contacted by the Revdex.com Clearly, our propane contract and all calls to their office state to call them for propane delivery when customers are on 10% in their propane tank If they cannot make it to deliver in a timely manner, customers should not be charged fees! We should have NO remaining account balance since they took both ridiculous fees off of our account and we would like to be assured of this $balance by their office.Regards,

Review: Company charged delivery fee of $125 and $50 on two separate occasions when they were called for propane delivery to our home. Under contract, we were to call them when we were on 10%, which we did both times, and when they could not make it without us running out of propane, they charged us these fees for it. This is absolutely unnaceptable and the fees should be deducted from our account, as we requested several times. This was not our problem that they could not deliver in a timely manner. We did what our contract said and called when we were on 10% in our tank both times.Desired Settlement: $175 should have been deducted from our account, as we requested. Leaving us with a zero balance at this time.

DONT LET THE SALES REP GIVE YOU THE DEAL LIKE WE GOT. WE ORDERED 100 GALLONS OF OIL AND IMMEDIATELY THE SALES REP SAYS TO ME WHY YOU WOULD PAY 390 FOR 100 GALLONS WHEN I CAN GIVE YOU 150 GALLONS FOR 365.. WELL TO ME THAT SOUNDS LIKE IM GETTING MORE FOR LESS.AND SHE KEPT GOING WITH IT.WELL BY THE TIME I WENT OVER TO LUTHER ON RTE 711 AN RAN MY CARD FOR THE 365 THAT IT TOOK US TWO MONTHS TO SAVE FOR ON RETIREMENT.THE LADY AT THE DESK SAID MY CARD WAS DECLINED.HOW COME..HOW MUCH IS THE BILL.SHE SAID 570.00 AND THEN SHE COMMENCE TO TELLING ME HOW 150 GALLONS SAVES ME 25 CENTS.
