In regards to the complaint from [redacted] [redacted] did phone us and had the same comments she has stated to you; however, she originally wanted us to give her a check for $on the first couple of calls to the dealership She also wanted the money immediately We said we would look into her file to make sure we did not have an errorAfter pulling the documents her statement that she did not have her glasses and could not see what and where she was signing doesn't seem to be All signatures that she signed on her documents are consistant and right on the line of each spot she signedThe contract show $for her trade not $ We also have no paperwork showing $dollars for her trade at any time of the negotiation After we told her we were not going to refund her $because There was no mistakes on the paperwork, It had been over six months since the purchase, she stated that if we don't give her $immediately (not the original $3500) that she asked for that she would be taking legal action This is where our communication ended I did take it a step further to see what we sold her Hyundai Sonata for We were not able to sell it retail because of the condition We sold it wholesale at an auction and had a net sale of $

I am rejecting this response because:it is not a fully truthful response. I suggest the video of 7-21-be reviewed by the BBCIt shows I am without my glasses and obviously unable to read needing help to discern where to sign after being given a falsified amount, $2,700, of the amount for the trade in priceI initially said $3,500, but after analyzing my memory of Wyatt's conveyance of the trade in amount following the test drive, and rereading my scratch notes I knew it was $2,I would have NEVER traded my Sonata for $200! What Wyatt verbally quoted to me was not the amount written on the legal contract . I believe it was a blatant fraudulent attempt to take advantage of the situation where I was trusting and unable to read without my glasses I have much more proof but no space

Hello,In response to the items this customer wanted answered.  The contract through credit acceptance was cancelled on 2/28/2017.  Also, in reference to the check, it was never processed for payment and was shredded. Thank you.

The response that I received from the individual who's name I have forgotten was very rude and disrespectful. I reported to him that my wife and I paid cash for a 2008 Honda Accord. He then asked me what did that have to do with this issue. I meant to tell him that I deserved more respect then what I was getting. Our conversation was not professional by any means. The cost of the motorcycle part that was given to me was no more that $35.00. That cost can be deducted from the $110.00 which the deer horn is priced at. I am also asking for the installing fee which I paid $100.00 for. I believe. There was no installation of a deer horn. I am requiring an additional $200.00 because of the disrespectful attitude and treatment of the employee's and also the time that is taking to solve this problem when it could have be solved over a year ago at the the very beginning. In the past I had been a loyal costumer of Luther Honda House and had always paid by bills on time and was thankful for there work. Consequently Luther Honda has lost a good customer because of their business practices,

After pulling the documents her statement that she did not have her glasses and could not see what and where she was signing doesn't seem to be.  All signatures that she signed on her documents are consistant and right on the line of each spot she signed. The  contract show $250.00 for her trade not $200.00.  We also have no paperwork showing $2700 dollars for her trade at any time of the negotiation.  After we told her we were not going to refund her $3500 because 1. There was no mistakes on the paperwork, 2. It had been over six months since the purchase, she stated that if we don't give her $2700 immediately (not the original $3500) that she asked for that she would be taking legal action.  This is where our communication ended.  I did take it a step further to see what we sold her 2008 Hyundai Sonata for.  We were not able to sell it retail because of the condition.  We sold it wholesale at an auction and had a net sale of $465.00.
