LuTress Premium Hair Extensions

Review: I was diagnosed with breast Cancer in June 2014. I am receiving Chemotherapy treatments that have caused me to loose my hair. I went to LuTress ([redacted]) for a wig. I asked my Daughter in law who is a Hair Stylist if she knew someone who did this kind of work. She referred me to [redacted] and after my first treatment I went to see her at her store. All I saw was hair extensions in the store but she said she could do a wig. I wish she had just honestly explained that it was out of her area of expertise. When I came to her place of business she brought out a piece with strands of hair and said started to trim it to the length I needed. I told her this wasn't a wig and during this conversation said she needed to leave to pick up her son and instructed me to take the piece home and we could bring it back later. After looking at the piece further with my family, it was agreed that this isn't what I had requested/ordered. I called her that evening and told her I was unhappy with the product and did not want it. My son had paid for the entire cost of $712.00 up-front prior to receiving anything with his VISA Card. We returned the hair piece and [redacted] said she would take care of things. I assumed she would credit my son for the cost of the hair piece but she said her policy was no refunds on custom work. However, she went ahead and credited his account for half of the cost $342.00 (not 1/2). I feel we are entitled to a full refund since we did not receive the product that was offered (a wig). Instead we received a grouping of hair extensions that were cut to a shorter length. Actually, In the end we did not end up with a product at all, as we returned it the hair piece to her.Desired Settlement: Simply I would like my money (full VISA payment) refunded since I do not have and was not satisfied with the product.
