the see from the Alpine slide in a week/month ER provider said it was up to a day most days that's not ok

I see that you purchased a Ski and Stay Package for arrival on December 23, 2016 at Lutsen Resort's Poplar River Bedroom. Your package included 2 nights of lodging and...

four two-day lift tickets.It sounds like you thought that you booked one of our special packages - the Half Price Holidays Package. Unfortunately, the parameters of your stay did not qualify for that package because a 3 night minimum is required. It looks as though you specified that you wanted 2 nights for 4 people; at that time the system generates a number of options for those parameters, and this is the one that you chose to purchase. We sent a confirmation to the email address you provided immediately after the order was placed. It seems as though you did not look at your order confirmation prior to your arrival. If you would have noticed that this is not what you intended to purchase soon after the purchase was made, we would have been happy to cancel the order for no charge and book the Half Price Holidays Package for you.
