It is my understanding the claim was settled yesterdayThe auto is being repaired by my insurance company ( [redacted] )The car was delivered to us to be soldBefore delivery I spoke with the owners and they stated they wanted a reserve of $ Upon delivery of the car they raised the reserve to $2,Then the following day unfortunately the car was hit in the rear fender by one of my employeesInstead of the hassle of an insurance claim I offered to purchase the carIt appears after the car was damaged the value grewIt was not mentioned that the car had BMW scratched into the hood, had another scuff in the body, and I question also if it had some mechanical issuesAgain, I have followed up on the incident with my insurance company and have been told the car is being repairedyears of being in the auction business this is the first incident we have had of this nature and I apologize for any inconvenience I have caused the seller Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Revdex.com: In regards to the complaint which I filed with your department on December 4, 2015, I wanted to update you on the concerns We were finally able to collect for the damage to be repaired on our vehicle from [redacted] *** From what I can ascertain of the situation, the customer may or may not have not been insured/adequately insured This entire issue could have been avoided if the agent would have just filed the claim immediately If I damage someone’s vehicle, I call my agent, he files a claim, and it is covered In our case, we had to file complaints with my insurance company, the Department of Insurance and the Revdex.com to even find out the insurance information I would like to thank you for your intervention and assisting with the resolution The independent damage appraisal matched our local estimate, so the car is being repaired Respectfully, [redacted] ***

We had not responded because we are still awaiting resolution The insurance company has contacted us, but we have not received a settlement Mr*** story does not reflect the actual facts of the incident However, if we can just get the damaged that HE did to our vehicle repaired, we will drop the issue We have not asked for any repairs other than what his employee damaged on our vehicle. is being repaired by my insurance company ( [redacted]). The car was
delivered to us to be sold. Before...

delivery I spoke with the owners and they
stated they wanted a reserve of $ 1900.00. Upon delivery of the car they raised
the reserve to $2,000. Then the
following day unfortunately the car was hit in the rear fender by one of my
employees. Instead of the hassle of an insurance claim I offered to purchase
the car. It appears after the car was damaged the value grew. It was not
mentioned that the car had BMW scratched into the hood, had another scuff in
the body, and I question also if it had some mechanical issues. Again, I have
followed up on the incident with my insurance company and have been told the
car is being repaired. 38 years of being
in the auction business this is the first incident we have had of this nature
and I apologize for any inconvenience I have caused the seller.
