This is the second time I have used Luv-A-Rug and found their service to be outstanding. Dusty will tell you straight up whether repairs, etc. are worth doing and not try to sway you into spending more money if it isn't warranted. I have a very traditional rug with quite damaged fringes. It was expensive to repair, and Dusty suggested I might want to consider taking the fringes off and having a bound edge for a more contemporary look. I took his advice and love the look! Sandi
