I have reached out to Ms [redacted] directly in order to resolve this matter with herShe ignores my direct emails and seems to prefer complaining to actually resolving her complaintWe have matched her times in weeksShe conducts varied types of internet research, phone interrogations and finds reasons not to meet her matches often based on completely inaccurate information and jumping to conclusionsWhen we offer advice we are accused of lyingIf a client is turned off by her approach they are flawedWe get paid to help people through the dating processInstead of relying on our years of experience she insists she knows betterShe then goes about self destructing every single match often by drawing conclusions about peopleWe have a written non refundable contract which we are clearly trying our very best to honorShe is obviously using the services which we cannot take backAll we have ever asked is for her to understand if you pay an expert, let them advise and helpShe has liked a couple of her matches it just wasn't mutualIn this business no client is satisfied until we find the right matchWe understand that is frustratingA client has to let us do our job and simply go out on dates and have funThis is all we are asking of her, objectivity is difficult in dating, but no one should hire an expert then refuse any advice they provide

1) Jim A [redacted] states "First of all I have never personally called, spoken with, or interacted in any way with [redacted] except via customer service emails." is a complete lieJim called me on June inviting me to sign upHe had gotten my name and phone # from Match.comSurprising as I did not publish my name or phone #I send an email cancelingJim called again, Jordan & Anna sent text messages, I ignored themJim called me on July 17thHe said every member was investigated and safe, & several male members in my areaThis was comforting to know these men were safeI told Jim, I had gotten text from Jordan and Anna, he said "Don't worry about what they said, you're talking to the owner now." Please review the first two pages of the attachment.2) Jim Astates " [redacted] was quite unpleasant as to her treatment of them, frankly insulting." If this was the case, how come the first match wanted a second date? I did my best to be pleasant with both menI was told in the beginning, this company would keep tweaking their idea of a match until they found the right oneMy friends describe me as very sweet, kindhearted personable woman, not rude or insulting3) Jim A states "Jordan was simply attempting to explain to her that sometimes as we age we learn its not all about looks." No his voice raised and every time I tried to speak, he cut me offHe was angry I did not find a connection with the first man and kept trying to make me reconsiderTelling me I should appreciate, this man wants a second date as he thought I was a very nice and pleasant womanI told Jordon of some comments made by this man, and Jordan basically called me a liarNo he did not say the word, but it was clear he felt women are liars in my opinionI still want a refund of $4,745, as Jim A [redacted] did pursue me with promises of services he has failed to keepPlus his Customer Services Mgr Jordan is an extremely rude man in my opinion, and treated me like I was a second class citizen

It is my understanding Ms [redacted] was withdrawing her complaint and I know we just sent her another match

We have matched Ms *** times in weeksMs *** believes if every man does not immediately meet strict criteria or restrictive expectations they are at faultJordan worked with her initiallyShe did not like his personalityWe then provided a new matchmaker Anna that patiently listened to her
calls and listened to herShe then decided Anna was at fault and that it had at the time been months and she was not in a relationshipI am in business years at the very top of this professionI have a nationally televised TV show paired with the Million Dollar Matchmaker franchise on WEtvI say this because I sent Tina several helpful articles on dating relationships start with fun and meeting new people not immediate rushes to judgement on irrelevant criteriaWe match people on personality traits Temperament, Sociability, Conformity, Sex, Finance, and Religious attitudesI sent Tina articles on dating over and not to be a fault finder both were targeted at helping herHer response was they don't apply to her (they do)No one can guarantee a relationship in months clearly we are trying. Examining the faults of others without looking at your own makes finding relationships difficult

With respect to *** *** complaint. First of all I have never personally called, spoken with, or interacted in any way with ** *** except via customer service emailsHer initial comments of my tracking her down are simply not trueWe have and remain willing to honor **
*** contract with our companyWe have matched her twice and both times she complained the matches were not attractive enough for her** *** is ** yrs old *** *** lbs and apparently her widowed husband was younger than herMatchmaking by definition is a two way streetBoth of her matches were incredibly nice men and within yrs of her age (one younger one older)Both matches were qualified financially and emotionally and were complete gentleman on their date with her** *** was quite unpleasant as to her treatment of them, frankly insultingBoth men had accomplished careers nice homes and seeking a long term committed relationshipShe had been interacting with our customer service director Jordan however she asked us not talk to him againJordan was simply attempting to explain to her that sometimes as we age we learn its not all about looks** *** would be better served to understand that she has been a client months been on two dates with two extremely nice men and that we don’t just match on looksSince it is so important to her we are taking our time to insure the next match is good looking enough for herA look through the attachments she sent you will clearly show her photos also

I've had coffee dates since 9/26/and they're matching me with people that don't even meet my criteria and I have evidence that I am being matched with nonmembersThis concerns me as this puts my safety at risk when I was promised they do comprehensive background checksI am skeptical about this because if they are non-members, then there is no current background checkThis puts me under emotional distress because matching me with non-members with no current background checks puts my safety at riskIt appears this company definitely has a shortage or they would not be reaching out to nonpaying members, even though the sales pitch I was given is that they have a ton of men in their database that fit my criteriaIt definitely seems like they have a shortage and I find it very unethical that their business practices are to reach out to non-members if their database is so strong Also, not sure why the company is making it out to believe that I am a fault finder, which has nothing to do with my complaintI did not sign up with the company to be told I am a fault finder when I am actually instructed by the company to provide my feedback, what I liked, what I didn't like, etcThen when I do, they use it against me and accuse me of being a fault finder when I am giving feedback at their requestWhen all is said and done this company had made promises and said to me at least times I would be a success story in to months and that Tracy wrote on my profile, no-brainer… to months maxThis is a complete scam and I am requesting a full refundThey make promises and just give you another sales pitch when they cannot deliverThis company would much rather blame the client, brag about how they are the best matchmaking service out there, not listen to their clients, yell at them, and then tell them "you're the problem." Yet I have not heard one word from anyone since my second complaint in almost a month.

We understand *** *** frustrationsThis is difficult when people don't understand even what their complaint isWe did not get her name from another service, Jordan set an appointment with her and rescheduled itI only takeover service issues when the customer requests specific assistance** ***signed on in Mid July went on two dates with very good matching traits for herShe was not "attracted" to themBoth men were stable, age appropriate and both seeking committed relationshipsOne was yrs older the other a little youngerThe "communication" problem she claims we are having is simple** ***n sent photos of her late husband and told us she has not dated in yrsShe is widowed once after years and divorced once after yearsDating is different and she needs to realize she is not in her 30's 40's or even her 50's** *** is ** *** *** *** *** ***This is only relevant because she asserts her matches were not in good shapeI am certain that while she may "feel" younger she is still ** and things changeI have authored several articles on dating over These articles can be found at http://jim-antonsen.comObviously none of us look the same at ** even if we feel the same as when we were youngerJordan encouraged her that her first match was a good one and for her to date him again she refused. When she went out with the second man she sent an email "No and no way worse date ever been onHe was nice" then went on to describe him in detail as being unattractive not fit and out of shapeOur goal is to match people for long term relationshipsWe will honor our contract but ** ***n needs to understand no one looks like they did years ago even if they feel that wayOurs is a difficult job and it takes timePeople need to cooperate as this is a two way agreementSometimes we all need an honest look in the mirror and then decide what we wantWe would like to continue to help her

Revdex.com:

*** ***

It is my understanding Ms*** was withdrawing her complaint and I know we just sent her another match
