Customer has been issued full day refund for the additional day of rental.

I apologize for the delay. Attached are the reservation confirmation email and an invoice detailing charges. The rental agreement number is [redacted]. The rental location of pickup and drop off was the Enterprise at Greenville Spartanburg International Airport. I have the pink contract slip at home...

but can scan it in if necessary?  Unfortunately, Enterprise kept the pink slip when I went back to ask about the charges. I couldn't find it at home and asked my partner what happened to it. He remembered that they kept the pink slip and gave us the white receipt in return.

I was picking up the car when my card was charged 30 minutes later. just like a refund of the $71.31 if possible. I've attached a copy of the rental agreement and the charges I paid and acknowledged. I've also attached a screen shot of my bank account. The charges from "[redacted] and [redacted] WEBSITE were the ones that began 30 minutes after I left Enterprise and paid the $71.31.

The reservation number is [redacted] and the ticket number was [redacted].The key was placed in the drop box at approximately 7:50am.

AFTER CALLING ENTERPRISE ON [redacted] HWY AND THEY TOLD ME THERE WAS NOTHING ELSE THEY COULD DO, I CALLED THE ENTERPRISE ON [redacted] ROAD IN [redacted], SC.  REMEMBERING THAT ROBERT FROM [redacted] HWY TOLD ME THERE WAS NOTHING THAT THEY COULD DO AND KENDRA SAID THAT SHE WAS NOT GOING TO CALL...

THE OTHER BRANCH TO SEE IF THEY CAN LOCATE ME A VEHICLE, I STILL WANTED TO FIND OUT THE ANSWER ON MY OWN.  LUCKILY I DID THAT.... I SPOKE WITH [redacted] WHO WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL!!! HE WAS WONDERFUL!  THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS NOTHING AS I HAD EXPERIENCED AT THE OTHER BRANCH.  HE STATED THAT THEY HAD ABOUT 3-4 VEHICLES AVAILABLE AND I COULD HAVE ONE.  I CALLED AT 3:30PM AND HE WAS AT MY JOB AT 4PM AS I REQUESTED.  I WAS STILL UPSET AT THE FACT THAT THE OTHER STORE TREATED ME SO POORLY.  THE MANAGER AT [redacted] HWY BRANCH STATED THAT HE WOULD CALL ME BACK TO GET A VEHICLE ABOUT 5:30 OR 6PM BUT I NEVER EVEN RECEIVED A FOLLOW UP OR AN APOLOGY FOR THE INCONVINENCE.  EVEN THOUGH [redacted] WAS WONDERFUL AND A LIFESAVER, I LOOK AT THE COMPANY DIFFERENT AND WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH [redacted] HWY BRANCH AGAIN.   I WOULD LIKE TO GET A DISCOUNT ON THE RENTAL THAT I AM PAYING FOR BECAUSE THERE WAS NOT SO MUCH TO CHOOSE FROM AND I AM IN AN SUV.

We have left a message for the customer concerning her complaint. She has a rental set up with [redacted] where they pay 80% and she is responsible for 20% of the rental. I am only showing that she was charged for the 20% portion of the rental. She declined any additional products and no charge of $350 was indicated anywhere on this rental. Waiting for customer to call back.
