Dr [redacted] signed on with our service weeks agoWe are professional matchmakers with over years of experienceWithin just one week he was given two matchesHe called one then never followed up with her even after approving her profileHe has been persistently asking out his matchmaker, *** who has told him she is not interested in personally dating him but has several terrific matches for himAfter years we are at the very top of our profession and are deeply upset by his referencing us in any way other than professionalWe are without a doubt the best matchmakers in this city and certainly have already sent him profiles of ladies he selected to dateIn just two weeks we provided phone numbers of two women, and we are committed to honoring our agreement with him by finding him that one special committed long term relationshipWe are very hurt by his insults and take each client very seriously we absolutely would like to resolve any issues with him but also have a contract we need to honorI am certain Dr [redacted] was never told he would find the lady of his dreams in just one week and that type of expectation seems at the surface very unrealisticAs a simple resolution I would ask Dr [redacted] to follow up with [redacted] She is a very attractive lady with a degree in software engineering that very much wants to meet himThen just allow us time to do our job I am certain given a realistic time frame (not one week) we could appropriately find him Ms ***

I have personally discussed this matter with Dr*** and I believe we have fully resolved this complaintWe discussed and addressed all of his concerns and I gave him my personal cell phone number so that he can work directly and personally with me if he wants alsoI am personally committed to insuring he has the best service possible and I apologized for any misunderstandings on our partThank you for your assistance is resolving this matter...***
