I am very dissapointed in their customer service I did a trial and then had to get a refund because they pulled more out my account then they said they would then after they supposedly cancelled my "subscription" they continued to pull money out of my account putting my account into the negatives. Very disappointed in the way they handled this situation.

I would give ZERO stars if I could! This is a scam to get your money! They billed me for "shipping and handling" and then billed me 2 weeks later for the full amount...before I even got the product! I was billed again after another 14 days. And the worst part about it-- the product doesn't even work. When I called to cancel this membership I did not know I had entered in to the customer service UNprofessional called me a liar!

Same complaint as above. Charged $5.95, then charged full fee 14 days later. I called to cancel and they reduced cost 3 different times as the entire time I am telling them to cancel. I actually have canceled my credit and getting a new one to make sure not charged anymore.

Company falsely makes claims about ordering their product for only $5.95 period done. Then they turn around and charge your credit card 14 days after placing an order. Called to cancel and get refund on the recent charge and was told that it was a membership that is ongoing and there was a 14 day cancellation period. I called on the 14th day and they told me it was too late....I needed to cancel prior to the 14th day. Nothing was mentioned about any of this on the order that I placed....no membership, no additional charges or products, nothing about a cancellation policy.....NOTHING.
