Hello, The customer had taken part in the day trial that is offered for the Lux Allure productsOn the place order page where the customer provides their information the terms and conditions are fully disclosed and must be agreed to in order to have an order placedA confirmation email is sent after the transaction has been done to provide the customer with all the necessary contact information should they wish to call in and negotiate a price point for the subscription, or cancel outWe have issued a reimbursement for the charge in questionPlease allow 3-business days for the transaction to process Regards,Support Team

Please accept the following in response Attached is a copy of charges on my credit card both dated 2/17/for a total of $I called the number listed explaining these were incorrect charges for products I had not ordered and not receivedThe customer service rep said he could not help me and could not transfer me to anyone who couldHe could only offer a 50% creditI called the numbers on the charges and the operator informed me that the company that sells the Radiant Skin product is "The Lux Allure Products" and that they also have many other company namesI am not the only complaint for this unethical company so something needs to be doneAttached is a similar complaint from the Revdex.com Scam Report as recent as Jan Even the customer service department at my credit card company admitted to many calls on this same product and suggested that I change my credit card number immediately, warning me that this bill would appear every month on my card! Hello, As stated in the previous message, both charges had been refundedAs both charges had been refunded a confirmation emails had been sentAdditionally, we did specify the reimbursement would process in approximately 3-business daysOnce again we would like to clarify the reimbursement that had been requested had been issuedDue to this fact a confirmation email was sent for each reimbursement that had been processedThe confirmation emails also indicated the refund would process in 3-business daysPlease allow the allotted time frame for the refunds to process. Hello, The customer had taken part of a day trial for the Ageless Moisturizer and Eye SerumAs no cancellation occured within the trial period the customer had been billed the full retail value for each productWhen the customer had initially contacted us on March 11th, she had been informed of the reasoning behind the charge and agreed to a 50% reimbursementWe would like to clarify the customer had not been charged for an additional shipment but rather each of the bottles received during the trialWe have since issued the remainder of the refunds on the account$has been issued electronically and the remaining $has been issued via check and will be sent to *** *** ** *** ** ***

I called the number listed explaining these were incorrect charges for 2 products I had not ordered and not received. The customer service rep said he could not help me and could not transfer me to anyone who could. He could only offer a 50% credit.2. I called the numbers on the charges and the operator informed me that the company that sells the Radiant Skin product is "The Lux Allure Products" and that they also have many other company names.3. I am not the only complaint for this unethical company so something needs to be done. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. I am not satisfied with this resolution because I believe the terms and conditions were not clearly stated. When I spoke to the customer service representative, they offered to reimburse me half of what I was charged for the initial eye cream and facial cream because I told them it was false advertisement when they advertised a trial of  their product for $10.  In addition, the statement invoice that comes with their product does not indicate the price of the product nor does it indicate the name of the company Lux Allure or any contact information. There are no customer service phone number's listed on the invoice. I had to wait until I received my credit card statement in order to find a contact number.  I believe this company does this in order to make it difficult for customer's to reach them. Yes the company did cancel my order but they also charged me $180.00 for an eye cream and facial cream that was supposed to be only $10 for each. After talking with them, they reimbursed me approximately $90.00.  However, I would like to be fully reimbursed for the additional $90.00.  In addition ,Lux Allure needs to change their practices and be up front about the cost of the eye cream and facial cream as well as having the cost indicated on  their invoice along with the name of the company and contact information.

for the products received. The customer had contacted us in regards to the order and had confirmed she had unopened product to return. Due to this fact she had been provided with an RMA number and had been instructed to return the product to us. The customer had also inquired via email and had been provided with a link to the page where her order had been placed. Although no product had been received as of yet we have gone ahead and issued a reimbursement on the charges in question. Please allow 3-7 business days for the transactions to process. If you have any other questions or concerns please do not hesitate to ask.  Regards,Support Team
