I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved I have not yet received the cheque and will need to be sure that it is an international cheque and not one from a regular check book as I don't think this will be acceptable to my bankI will need to raise the matter again if this is the case as it was part of my original problem with this company in that they refused to do a bank transfer despite being given all the information they needed to do so thank you so much for all your attention to this Kind regards [redacted]

Review: My family and I were in California in November 2016 for the first time and caught the LUXBUS to Las Vegas. Unfortunately my daughter left her Tommy Hilfiger bag o board and we contacted LUXBUS who promised to return it via one of their scheduled trips the following day. Despite attending their drop off point at [redacted], this did not happen during our four day stay. On further investigation I was told by the manager [redacted] that the bag had been sighted and was in their lost property. She stated she could only conclude that a staff member had stolen it from lost property and offered compensation of $275USD which my daughter was satisfied with as she could replace the bag. I have been emailing back and forth with [redacted] since our return home on 16 November 2015 saying she had the compensation approved and was blaming her accounts department for the delay saying that it was impossible for them to send money to an overseas account. I know this is not true and provided her with all the details my bank advised they would need in order to deposit the compensation. My emails are now being ignored and even on contacting LUXBUS complaints department I found myself again with [redacted] who on realising who I was immediately began ignoring me again.

I have the email that started in the first week of November to the end of January, which includes all [redacted]'s assurances and promised. I can only imagine that because I live overseas, she is simply hoping I will go away. this was our first trip to the US and is the only incident that has marred another wise successful trip.

I hope you can help, thank you, LucyDesired Settlement: I would just like to receive the compensation promised for the theft of the bag from lost property. $275USD.
