the sales person *** did promise me to pay for shipping and I have the emails and I will be taking him to small claims court in *** also I never got the wheel locks and also I never got the paperwork the first time and they sent me a second set and now they say they sent me the wheel locks and never got them maybe second time around I will get them I just want what I have coming to me the wheel locks and for shipping just make it right

its funny how they sent me the title work and didn't get it then they say sent me the wheel locks and didn't get and now they say they sent me the check and didn't get that and that was days ago we agreed to this amount getting real sick of this I just what to take them to court for the full amount

Hello,We sold the car to Mr.[redacted] om May 5th 2015,up to now we were not aware that there is something missing under the bumper. When...

[redacted] called our salesperson on August 11th,he told him about missing part,our salesperson simply told him that we need to see the car in order to get the right part,he started screaming that we are too far and he is not coming here and slammed the phone.If its our fault than we are willing to buy this part for Mr.[redacted],even after few months We are not sure if this part was on the car or not.Neither [redacted] or our salesperson noticed the missing part at the time of the sale. We have all the documents showing that nothing was prommised to fix after the sale and signed by the customer,except the cameras,which we did.
