This offer Is a ripoff. No customer service number available

I wish I read these reviews before I gave my credit information. My story is identical to the other reviews and I'm a bit embarrassed to fall for it. DO NOT ORDER - the product is not worth the hassle. After paying for shipping and accepting the pop up serum option - I provided my address only and credit info. No terms or conditions to agree to; I didn't accept anything other than to pay for the shipping for this "trial". I received no confirmation email or company info, but the product came and 15 days later, so did a charge for $180. The eye cream is OK, but not enough for $95. The "trial samples" are actually full sized options at .5 oz each.
Customer service is cold and so arrogant. The girl kept reminding me that the terms and conditions are clearly posted on the website [they are if you know where to look] and that I should have read them. When I questioned why no information/terms-conditions came with the order on line or in the box, she proudly shared they were a paperless company. Good Grief. How can you be proud to rip people off. There is no budging these folks for any type of credit; I'm sure they're very well seasoned considering they must get thousands of these calls. According to my credit card company, I participated in the "not so free" trial and they can't reverse the charges. I emailed Novaluxe later asking if I could return the serum which was barely used since it was too heavy for my face and they replied the next day telling me my subscription was cancelled. They never even answered my question. I'll call this a very expensive lesson learned. I thought at the most there would be some auto renewal process to deal with but never realized the trial samples would be almost $200. If it sounds too good to be true - do your homework before you give your credit info. Such a shame, they'll make all their money via deception. So many people have fallen on hard times and businesses are struggling to survive. Follow these folks and their going strong. The company's website is currently Novaluxeskin.com, but it sounds like the names/addresses change continually. Someone should be able to shut this down.

Same thing happened to me ordered a trial didn't sign up for anything in two months later I got a new one in the mail with $90 charge to my credit card. No one to talk to to get a refund. Lesson learned I will never order a free trial again from any company. Shame on you Vitariche luxe

Fake celebrity endorsements saying Meghan Markle developed the product and all these other celebrities she gave sample to "fell in love" with it. Also the before and after photos are of women before face lifts and after.

I knew this was a scam right away. We are 80 years old. My dear husband, as a treat for me - and unbeknownst to me, ordered a "free trial" of a collagen creme for just shipping - from Luxe Derme Collagen Creme (luxedermecollagen.com). This was on April 2nd - today is May 2nd, and this little box came in the mail - no return address - to me. And, guess what - it came with an eye serum - he didn't even know about or order!! My husband cannot see well, AND is frail - and he fell for this offer.

I investigated - THIS COMPANY CHANGES ITS NAME SLIGHTLY ALL THE TIME and I guess somewhere in fine print tells a person what they are REALLY GETTING INTO - being charged - after 14 days - either 98 or 99 dollars (PER product, even the one he didn't order) and being automatically enrolled in a MONTHLY "subscription - at ridiculously high rates - for the junk this is - it probably cost 10 cents to "manufacture." In someone's basement.

So I tried to connect with the website listed on the packing slip - nothing. I tried calling the phone number they list - sure, it connected, I was put on hold to speak with someone - this was NOT a toll-free number - and finally hung up after 30 minutes. I tried calling the number the Revdex.com lists - goes to an immediate busy signal.

IF this was a DECENT company - they would be upfront with what is REALLY offered - it gags me to read their responses. Well, they better cross my husband's name off - Thomas is his first name - We have now cancelled his debit/credit card - and, again, I TRIED to reach them, but couldn't.

One more thing - I used to be a columnist for the Chicago Tribune syndicate - do they want their so-called company written up as a scam for seniors - or AARP - CANCEL THIS SUBSCRIPTION.

This company it's a total scam and should be out of business. I made a purchase of just one product for $4.99. I thought to tried first. I have never received what I purchased. After two days this business was trying to charge me without my authorization 94$. The bank I bank with sent me a notification right a way about the amount 94$. I declined it and blocked my debit card right away. Was a lesson learned. But in order to stop this robbery from this company that should automatically stop doing business. Personally I will report in police department and further.

I was charged $700 after the initial $4.98 shipping charges for 2 products. I called and spoke with 4 different people. They offered various amounts of refunds when I wanted to terminate my account. Eventually, the said they would credit back the month of February, which was 8 charges of $49.99/.98
I received NO additional product through this time, but yet, they continue to bill me. They hang up on me after putting me on a "brief hold" and then telling me they are not able to come up with a resolution that is acceptable to me. There is no one in management to speak with to better assist with the questions.
I hope that with this last call, I am done with this business. It is a complete scam

Derma lux is a fraud hiding catches in small print to take advantage of innocent people. They should be shut down

This business is a scam, I was charged $400 after I ordered the "free trial" where it stated that I only had to pay the shipping and handling. Originally, I requested to try only the cream but they sent the cream and eye serum and charged $4.98 of shipping fee which I expected. I was out of the country for a few weeks. When I returned, the 2nd package was arrived with both cream and eye serum again. I checked my credit card transaction and recognized they charged $200 after shipping of the trials, then, another $200 a few weeks later as the 2nd shipment. I called the customer service. She asked me my name and zip, then gave me instruction on how to return. She said I could use "sipping slip" as a return label to avoid shipping fee. She mentioned, the company owed return fee. As she said, I went to USPS but I couldn't use "shipping slip" as a return label nor I had to pay all shipping fee. I called the customer service but he said "I never worked for USPS so I don't know. I'm sorry for your experience. Have a nice day.", then hang up. I called the customer service again and another person said the same. I tried a couple of times but no one listened me and just talked and said "have a nice day" and hang up. They are well trained, ask name and zip, then talk, say "have a nice day", and hang up. I talked more than 10 customer service person but everyone did the same except the 1st one who gave me the instruction to return the product which was all lie.

I returned the products and paid shipping fee. Do not try any products from them. You will be charged a lot.

DON'T DO THE FREE TRAIL!!! ITS A SCAM!!!! I was not happy when I received an auto ship today from this company!! I looked all over the free trial looking for a auto ship type deal and wanted to make sure they were not going to set me up on it!! I wish I had come here and checked before doing the trial. I paid the shipping to get the "free trial" This company does this to scam people to get money they don't deserve! I had to get ugly before they even would allow me to send the shipment back which I will have to pay $12.95 each (they send 2 items for there not so free trial)! I also have to pay the shipping to send it back because they want receive return to sender!!!!! They charge $94.96 and $99.98 for their products! Whats amazing is on the return email they line every detail out on the charges and what they accept and not accept but don't do that on the free trial and auto ship details. THERE ARE NO DETAILS on canceling and getting an auto ship!!! SCAM!! IF I COULD DO A NEGATIVE STAR AND GO BELOW THE 1 STAR I WOULD!

This business is a scam. They knowingly offer a free trail just pay shipping then bill you later for the product! They also change their name of the skin product every month so they can say they are not responsible. This month they are Lux Derma Skin Cream, last month they were Avoir Derma Anti-Wrinkle cream, and so on. They will not refund the almost 200.00 they charge 14 days after they charge you for the shipping of the free trial. And my guess is if they change the name of there products, the products are more than likely NOT good for your skin. I am throwing my 200.00 in the trash before something worse happens then getting stolen from.
