[redacted] ***, Each Blanco sink has a matching grid, that is not to say that every grid will match every sinkWe apologize that you did not know this, but since we do not stock the item and must return it to the manufacturer, we incur restocking fees which is why we have such a return policyWe sell items as wholesale pricing which is why we cannot afford to do free returns and our policy is what it isIt clearly states on the product page that this grid fits the "Blanco Precision Series" sinksIs your sink from that series? If not, regardless of any sizes, it will not fitMy return policy is available on every page and my website will not allow you to complete the checkout process unless you read and agree to itWe thank you for providing us with the sink measurements but they are obviously not enough to resolve this issueIf you can provide us with the model number of your sink we can find the matching grid (if there is one that exists), but please be aware that there still will be restocking feesThey would be reduced due to a re-order, however unless damaged we cannot take back items free of charge

You continue to advise each matching grid is supposed to fit the Blanco sinks-but it does not fit my sink, and this is supposed to be my fault I provided the 16xmeasurements for my sink.Your company also did not clearly display "your return" terms clearly enough or I would have steer clear-this is ludicrous to make me pay for an item that I was told should fit a !6" inch sink.I provided to you my measurements, please work with me to provide a replacement without these costs!
