Customer came with his Dad - test drove the vehicle, they liked and bought it, if the car would have a bad engine and transmission they would never buy it , we wish customer to be more specific saying the truth in this complaint and be more honest, customer bought the vehicle and buyer guide was signed by him NO WARRANTY , In complain customer said that vehicle broke down in a few days after sale, I HAVE ONLY ONE QUESTION - IF the car broke down in a few days why the customer Called us and came to our dealership with complains one month exactly after sale? since when one month calls few days ? the customer is very young and has no experience as a driver, the vehicle that he bought has manual transmission - we are pretty sure he burn the clutch by him self and abuse the engine which cause the problems, we would never sell the car from our dealership with bad engine or transmission , and nobody would even buy that kind of car, as an adult he has to be responsible for what he did by not properly driving the vehicle, its not a best idea trying to find somebody who to blame in what happened , like I mention before they would never buy that car if it would be bad , the car drove by it self all the way from Vancouver BC before we sold it and didn't give us any problemsWe don't feel like we didn't something improperly or incorrect from our side , we always more than welcome to give the customer the vehicle before sale so they can do inspection at some certified shop , we have nothing to hide from our customers because all we need is their satisfaction, we sell used cars and unfortunately one day car can broke down , since its used and we never know what can happen with it, we are not a manufactures who made those cars and have to be responsible for them, we are just a resellers, that's why there is service contracts existing for the people who wants to be protect they are buying service contract and if something happens later with their vehicle - it can be fixed for no extra costcustomer never asked us if he can take the car for inspection, first phone call after they bought the car we received in a month, also customers Dad when came in the office to complain OFFENDED US THAT "WE STOLE THEIR MONEY" by selling bad car

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
I hired an attorney and resolved this case. Under that preasure, the dealer bought the car back at the purchase price. I now notice
that the same vehicle is again listed for sale with mileage. I have notified the D.O.Land hope they take the necessary action. Please let me know if I can be of further assistance.Sincerely,*** ***

The problem was taking care of and customer got his refund and returned the vehicle
