more evident of the complain facts:Photos of the toe infection or proof of doctor letter saying the Nail service was the cause.I feel bad when my customers are not happy with our service. But I can assure you that, in years of the nails business, Lux Nail Spa today has the best sanitized procedure of all the nail salons out there.If customers are not happy with our service, I can refund you the money.Our sanitized procedure is there to make sure the infection of one customer can not spread to other customers. We use plastic line separately for each customer and never reuse them. Because all the sanitizing already preventing the gems from sprea***g. So whatever one customer has is within her/his own domain.If the infection sprea***g is from us, then you can see the infection will spread to not only this customer, but to every customers at our salon.Thanks,***
