I am rejecting this response because: First of all, I was not late for my appointmentI was in fact early to my appointment and arrived at PMSecondly, I was not happy with my appointment the first time either, which you can see on the *** review I leftBoth times I was treated by an assistant, not the stylist I scheduled the appointment withMichael is completely making up that I was late to my appointmentThat NEVER happened, yet of course I have no way to prove itBoth times I left generous tips, and I am not asking for those amoutns to be refunded, just the as both times I was not given services by the actual stylists and was not informed I would have services performed by assistants when I purchased the gift cardThis is advertising, and now Michael is FLAT OUT LYING about me being late

8/22/2014To: [redacted]M-Studio ran a father's day special, offering 30% Off on $100.00 service Gift cards.Customer purchased 4 gift cards in the amount of $280 on 6/24/14, valuing $400 services at M-Studio.Client made her first appointment on 6/18/14, which service were...

rendered (color $70.00 toner/glaze $70,00 and Haircut and blow-dry $80.00) valuing $220.00. Client left and was completely satisfied to our knowledge. Client did not contact the salon with any complains for her first visit.The client made her 2nd appointment on 7/23/14, Client's appointment was scheduled for 1:15pm (please see attachment 1) but she was over 20 mins late. Procedure (regular takes an hour to complete) was performed but was not completed because the client was in a rush. Client's service lasted until 3:45pm (please see attachment1) Client left the salon with her hair wet and realized later the color was not correct. Client contacted the salon at 5:11pm (please see attached phone records) but Michael was not available. Michael called back the client at 5:13pm (see phone records attached).The client notified of some imperfections to the servicesPlease note:• Client called: D7/7/2014 05:11PM duration of call 00:56 seconds * M Studio Call back: 07/702014 05:13PM duration of tall 06:00 minutesDuring the 6 minutes phone call Michael offered the client several times and dates to return to the salon to get the issues fixed but the client decline stating the situation was an inconvenience. The client chose to go to another salon and get the issues resolved.M-Studio recognizes any mistakes/imperfections made in services offered and will attempt to fix them at our cost. For this situation, the client chose not to return 50 the matter could not be corrected,The client was charged $70 (service value) for her 2nd visit to M-Studios and had a balance for $60.00 from the gift cards purchased.M-Studio is willing to refund the dollar value the unused portion of the gift cards valuing at $60.00.Please let me know if you have any questions.Michael NM Studio

Review: I purchased services from M Studio and shceduled appointments with the hair stylist Michael N[redacted]. Instead of performing the services himself, Michael allowed and unskilled assistant to perform the services on me, which resulted in inferior results and extreme damage to my hair. Also, bleach was dropped on my eyebrow resulting in a dyed portion of my eyebrow. The service to be performed was a simple root touch up. Instead my roots were dyed a different color than the rest of my hair, and the very front of my hair was bleached to white that caused breakage and damage, and did not match with the rest of my hair color. I have pictures demonstrating this. In addition, Michael would not correct the issue in a timely manner, so I was forced to go to another salon and spend additional money to have it fixed.Desired Settlement: I want a refund for the 280.00 spent on services at M Studio.

I am rejecting this response because: First of all, I was not late for my appointment. I was in fact early to my appointment and arrived at 1 PM. Secondly, I was not happy with my appointment the first time either, which you can see on the [redacted] review I left. Both times I was treated by an assistant, not the stylist I scheduled the appointment with. Michael is completely making up that I was late to my appointment. That NEVER happened, yet of course I have no way to prove it. Both times I left generous tips, and I am not asking for those amoutns to be refunded, just the 280 as both times I was not given services by the actual stylists and was not informed I would have services performed by assistants when I purchased the gift card. This is false advertising, and now Michael is FLAT OUT LYING about me being late.
