I purchased a Groupon for lux tan for the first time. The Groupon is listed for 12 red light therapy sessions with no mention at all of a 30 day limited period to use them. I just started working in Tualitin (1 hr from Vancouver), so I only had time to do them on the weekend when I would go back North. After my first appointment I was told I could no longer use the 11 remaining red light therapy sessions since it had been past a few weeks and had expired. There was no mention of this when the Groupon was purchased on the site. I believe I should be socks to get the remaining 11 sessions since the time limit was not advertised on purchase or I wouldn’t have bought them.
I am writing to say that Lux Tan resolves my complaint after leaving a review on the internet. I no longer need the Revdex.com to investigate. Thank you so much.
I asked that my account be placed on hold back in July b/c I was leaving the state to return home to take care of my grandmother I was told it was on hold for 3 months. However they continued to attempt to charge me every single month. I called and just told them to close my account and was told I had to come in to do that. I did not read that in my contract and when I told the girl I was 3000 miles away and couldn't come in she said on well guess you have to pay and hung up on me. My grandmother died in October and I am just now returning to Portland and when I went to turn my debit card back on with my bank I was told that this company had been trying to charge me every month twice a month since July. I also received a letter from collection saying I owed them $500. How can I owe them $500 in collection and they still continue to try and charge my account. Either the account is active and they are trying to charge it or it's been closed and sent to collections. They can't dip from both ends. I have not used the services and will not use them again. I should not be charged for a service that has not been rendered.
We have reviewed the customer, *** account. She purchased our highest level package on 4/5/2017 for 98.99 monthly. She was well aware of the agreement she signed stating that she has a 3 month commitment and that she has to come in persojn to fill out a cancellation form or freeze form. She could only do so after 7/1/2017. We had reached out to Mrs *** on 6/2/2017 on her cell # about her payment for June declining. She then stating that she was at work and would be in the salon later that day to take care of her late payment. She never came in to make her payment. I then called again on June 8th and left her a voice mail. I let her know that if she came in by 6/9 I would waive the 25 dollar late fee that is given after the 5th of each month when late. Called again in June, also all of July and then August to let her know that was the 3rd late payment and that we wanted to work something out with her account so that she did not go to collections. We would have loved to work with Mrs. with finding a solution to her account to avoid collections but she never called us back and did not answer our calls. We practice outstanding customer service here and never would hang up on our clients. We had all legal rights to run Mrs. card on her account due to her agreement she signed with us(see attachment). After we had 3 missed payments the account was then closed and out of our hands into collections. We notified Mrs. via voicemail that we were trying to avoid that if she could call us back we were willing to work with her. Her account is now our of our hands and into collections.
