Luxe Bear

did not receive item, filed dispute with bank after not being contacted back by luxebear for a month. Want money back for item not received.
Ordered a bear for delivery by Valentine's Day, didn't receive. The amount was taken from my bank, I sent multiple emails to the company with no response. Filed with my bank, was refunded. Fast forward to today, April 1st and the amount is taken out of my account again, company claims it was shipped so bank will not give me my money back. Was told to reach out to the company and file a complaint here. Not only was valentines a let down because of this, I still don't have the bear, and the company isn't refunding my money or being honest. Please help.

Luxebear advertised a rose and bear I bought both rose was not the same quality as advertised the bear was not delivered no response when reaching out
The rose was supposed to be real and dipped in something that made it glisten and shimmer when arrived I realized its brittle plastic with led lights. The bear was never delivered I ordered on the 10th or 12th I believe ive reached out multiple times with no response. Ive seen other people complaining online but from what ive read they use social media to advertise and they switch names and descriptions to deny accusations

Ive never received my order. Tried contacting them multiple times and never had anyone reply back.
Ordered from them on February 2nd by credit card in the amount of$33.99 and my order was guaranteed by valentines day, today is 21st still havent got it yet. I ordered a vibrant grey with red heart rose bear from them. Tried contacting them on februry 13th another time, and tried contacting them again today (21st of Feb) by emails and no response. My order number from them was LXXXXX and is still showing it hasnt shipped yet. I used my U.S. bank visa and the reference # if that purchase is: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

I ordered a bear from luxebear.co. It was guaranteed to be delivered by valentines day and I still have yet to receive the bear.
I purchased one bear from luxebear.co on 01/27/2020 with guaranteed delivery by Valentine's Day. Shortly after my purchase I realized that another bear had been added to my cart without my knowledge. I got a charge for $80.98. This included the cost of both bears. I had only intended to order one. I attempted to get in contact with the company but had no luck. My attempt to contact them the first time was made on 01/27/2020. After checking shipping notifications I realized the bear was still in China on 02/12/2020 which meant I would not get it by Valentine's Day. I attempted to email the company again on 02/12/2020 informing them of the situation and that I would be contacting the Revdex.com if I did not hear back from them but still received no reply. At this point in time I still have not received the bears. I am asking for a complete refund of my money since I did not receive my bears by the guaranteed delivery date.

Ordered a Luxebear XL that was a guaranteed delivery on February 13th. I emailed the company on the 14th. I have had no response or received the item.
Ordered the Luxebear XL aand 24K Galaxy Rose, Order #LXXXXX. It was a guaranteed delivery by February 13th. I received the Galaxy Rose on the 12th. I still have not received the Luxebear. I emailed the company on the 14th, 17th, and 18th. I have not had a response. The tracking number XXXXXXXXX does not work. I am asking for a refund because I ordered this as a Valentine's gift and since it didnt arrive I had to go and spend more money on something else.
