Good morning.  I wanted to inform you that the business contacted me by e-mail and phone on Monday, June 26, 2017.  The business apologized for the delay stating that they were going to get in touch with their local post master to determine why the package was not mailed.  In the...

meantime, in stead of offering me my money back, the owner shipped the product via express mail.  I did in fact receive my product on yesterday, June 27, 2017.Thank you for you time, this matter has been resolved.[redacted]

Review: I purchased (online)a product that was incorrectly sent to me. I made the call to customer service asking them to provide me with the process of sending this order back.I was instructed to send an email to their exchange email address(support@luxebeauty.[redacted].com). I sent the exchange email address a message stating the issue. They responded by telling me that I would have to send the item back. I would be responsible for the postage of sending the item back and I would only get an exchange on the the value of the item being sent back. I packed up the item in the same box and mailed it via USPS. Please note that I paid for sending this item back which I did not mind. I included my exhange request not only online to the exchange email address, but also placed my exchange request in the box. I received and email a week later stating that because I did not wait for an authorization number, they would not accept my package "AND" I also sent the returned package to the incorrect address that accepts returned items! I did not know what they were speaking of when the only address I had was on the original box.Nor mentioning about an authorization number. Nothing via telephone "OR" via their email stated that I was to send to another address. Once I received this message, I responded asking them that when I did receive the box back, will I then receive a authorization number and then I can send the box back "again"....this is what they responded with as of 7/31/2014: No Exchange Authorization will be confirmed, for the reason being that the exchange process was not completed as follows. An exchange request must be granted before you can return any orders. Your order was received by our Supervisor of the shipping Department. The order was refused and shipped back to you.Desired Settlement: I was going to ask for an exchange, but I am afraid that what they send me would be tampered with on their end. I hate to be in a panic mode, but I am sorry, being a manager of customer service, this company is not willing to work with me and not once did they extend themselves to accomodate. I would like the total cost PLUS the postage and handling of returning this product. I understand from reviews that this company has a hard time responding and resolving issues when purchasing orders online
