Constantly avoids and ignores requests for a follow up appointment. On Dec. 6, 2019 I paid $570.00 upfront for a 1-hour service(should of been 3 hours)microblading appointment that was cut short because she was running behind. On Dec. 11, 2019 I messaged her, explaining that my eyebrows had faded & asked if she could please see me. *** informed that she would need to speak with her team and emailed the follow up care instructions. She could not see me (skin sensitivity),she would reschedule something for a later time. However, that too was changed several times and when I missed the follow up appointment. I called and explained that there were many changes but *** kept referring me to the cancellation policy and how *** sends reminders. So, I forfeited the money I put down.
I understood that but when I asked her once, twice, three times but four times if she would reschedule a follow up appt. SHE NEVER RESPONDED! Keep in mind you have to prepay for these services and yet she still would not respond, nor work with me? She had a flash sale for $400 and I messaged her again to see if I could PREPAY for that opening and again NO RESPONSE. I could not understand why she would not work with me?
I have never encountered anything like this! She may be good at what she does but that does NOT give her the right to treat customers like this. Its sad that someone that talented feels the right to treat customers/others like this. I would be very cautious of her and her microblading services.
This is in regards to a complaint to Luxe By Lulu on 2/10/20, assignment IDThe customer wants a full refund of $570.00 for a microblading service. The customer paid a total of $570.00 for two appointments with $20.00 gratuity added. Microblading requires two sessions and two sessions is $550.00. The customer chose to no show her second appointment on the date of January 24. Luxe By Lulu does not reschedule no shows without a pre payment to reserve the time. Luxe By Lulu has a 72 hour cancellation/reschedule policy for microblading appointments listed on the website. Luxe By Lulu uses an appointment booking system which sends two reminders for appointments for 72 hours prior and 24 hours prior to their appointment. Please let me know if you have any questions. I’m not quite sure why *** can’t work with me. I understand I miss my second appointment but she even continue to post a public announcement that she had a flash sale for $400 for two appointments and that would be more beneficial to me then to pay 275 for just my second appointment. I messaged her on my Instagram as you see in the attachment above and she still has not even looked at my message. She posts on social media every single day and the simple fact that I missed one appointment and now my face has to pay the price because my eyebrows are almost completely faded off and she just simply doesn’t care when does her work she started. This is the Microblading consent form that everyone signs and dates. There is a health section as well and for that reason, it is a private record. This is the procedure detail information. The client contacted me a few days after her first session demanding that I perform the service on her skin. She attached an image of her eyebrows during the healing stage. I believe that she was not fully understanding the procedure.
