I ordered this tent and upon opening it the tent hade defective stitching that was undone and hanging loose. I’ve alerted the company and they first offered me a discount which I declined and asked for a replacement which their warranty clearly states that they only will replace defective products and do not offer refunds. I was ok with a replacement. After declining a discount (acknowledging a defect) their next suggestion was for me to get it repaired locally at my expense which I also declined. After several attempts to get them to honor their warranty the only response that I get is that there is no defect to the product and they will not honor a warranty. I’ve provided pictures that clearly show the defect and now their position is there is no defect even after offering a discount initially. They will not replace the tent. I would like to get my money back and return the product or at the least get a replacement.

Purchased a new tent, upon arrival the tent had holes in the material. This was reported within 3 hours of the packages arrival to me. After emailing customer support I was directed on how I could repair the brand new tent. No further assistance has been offered and company has refused to honor the 1 year warranty on their product.
