Review: [redacted] applied my eye lash extensions on 1/21/15. That night I found a few of the lashes in my bathroom sink. within 24 hours I had lost several more lashes and continued to lose lashes each day. within three days I had lost about 30 lashes. At one point I was at a client dinner and someone at the table pointed out that I had several lashes sitting on my cheek. I tried contacting [redacted] on day three and she responded that I had not followed the "aftercare procedures" if I was having premature eyelash loss. I assured her that I did indeed follow the aftercare guide and I had photos to prove that I was still losing the lashes. Two days late I had still not heard back from [redacted] and requested a solution. She invited me to meet her at her salon but only had ONE time slot available for at least a week. I canceled my work appt to meet her when it was convenient for her. Upon entering her salon, she immediately began insulting me and speaking in a harsh and degrading tone and style. She refused to fully repair the damage or to refund my payment. At this point I had obvious and unattractive gaps where lashes had fallen out.I asked her several times to refrain from speaking to me in that way. I left the salon and stopped by the general sitting area to put on my coat etc and I watched [redacted] walk by me and into the hair studio. The studio had hair stylist working on clients at that moment. [redacted] then proceeded to negatively discuss our conflict with the stylist/patrons of the salon. I confronted her and expressed that I was extremely upset with her unprofessional conduct on top of her poor service and bad product. I asked her again to stop discussing my private business with others and to refund my payment. She has refused both. ** All but about five lashes were gone within a week.Desired Settlement: I would like a complete refund of my payment. I would also like my experience noted and legible for other customers.
