I received a severe burn by the technician here The first treatment I had it was very painful and I notified DrSherryl S*** She said she needed to retrain the technician on how to properly use the medical grade equipment (laser hair removal) The next time the same technician burned me severelyI tried to contact DrS*** multiple times I even left a message with the manager asking her to call me back When she finally replied back over email she bluntly told me you took a 'calculated risk' and signed 'consent forms' She said she would send a prescription for my burn to my pharmacyI gave her my pharmacy information twice and never did get a prescriptionI told her that I do not remember signing any consent forms and asked her to send me a copy She said I could contact my lawyer to get them subpoenaed I asked for compensation once in the form of a refund She told me she would no longer respond to me and that she will be contacting lawyers I left her a factual
