Estimator (Joe) came out and inspected my irrigation system on 9/7/as I explained that I wanted my system to work via my automatic timer He (Joe) inspected my system and explained verbally and in a written estimate that my timer was working and that I needed to replace all three valves at a cost of $plus a man crew to replace all missing emitters and make sure all plants are receiving water and adjust all the sprinklers then check timer and make sure it is working and set properly for an estimate of 1-hours at $per hour I explained to Delila (who handles the billing and scheduling) that I would be at work when Joe came back to complete the work on Sunday She said she would need a credit card on file to charge since I would not be there at work completion I wanted confirmation that the charge would not exceed the $written estimate which she agreed to at that time so I provided my credit card information to her After delaying the work until Monday, J

Their website says ver batim "Free Installation Quotes"; however, I just called to set up a quote and was told it would cost $50 unless I chose to use their services in which case the $50 would applied to cost of the job.
Seems a bit misleading...

Pro Outdoor Service did exactly what they promised they would do - exceptional and better than we expected! Example photos gave us an idea of how it could be, but the finished project is amazing!! They were on time, did the work in less than half a day so we could enjoy our beautiful patio and pool. Thank you Pro Outdoor Service for making our summer!
