I Had No Problem Canceling My Service , And I Did Like Their Products. Thank You Very Much May , You Were Super ....

I believe i've been duped...would like a full refund.
I signed up for a skin cream sample and ended up with recurring monthly charges for items. Web site did not mention any recurring charges or the $90 charge per bottle for skin cream. I would not have signed up if it did...very shady! Now they say they will not refund my money even if I return the product unopened.Something needs to be done!

Desired Outcome

I want them to stop the false advertising and would like a full refund.

Dear ***,

Thank you for contacting us and sharing your concern we want you to be satisfied with the product and your experience.

According to our records, we received your order on August 22, 2018. The order was placed for a 14-day trial, on September 05, 2018 you were billed for the end of trial charge stated on the ordering site and terms.

The terms of the offer that you agreed to at the time of your order clearly state that you were to have a 14 day trial period starting from the date that the order was placed, in which you could cancel your account to avoid further charges.

We understand there may be some confusion on the order that the customer placed and how it worked. As a courtesy you were refunded for the amount of $84.49. An eCheck has been issued to the email address on file, ***@hotmail.com in the amount of 84.49. Please allow up to 3 business days to process. Check Number ***

Your account was immediately cancelled on October 15, 2018, when you called and spoke with a representative you have not received any shipments or charges since then.

Regarding case #XXXXXXXX...As I stated initially I believe I was duped into signing up for recurring charges by false advertising...the ad said nothing about a 14 day trial w/recurring charges....They only refunded me for an order I was about to receive and never did. I want a refund for $84.49x2=$168.98 that my credit card was initially charged for...I sent everything back that I got in the mail except for the 2 trial samples. Sorry i'm late replying, I was away on vacation.

Dear ***,

Thank you for contacting us and sharing your concern we want you to be satisfied with the product and your experience.

There does still seem to be some confusion in regards to the 14 day trial. The trial is a time frame you have to use the product, It is not a sample nor is it free.

The terms of the offer that you agreed to at the time of your order clearly state that you were to have a 14 day trial period starting from the date that the order was placed, in which you could cancel your account to avoid further charges.

We understand there may be some confusion on the order that the customer placed and how it worked. So even though the customer does have the product he paid for As a courtesy you were refunded for the amounts of $84.49 and $89.97. An eCheck has been issued to the email address on file, ***@hotmail.com in the amount of $174.46. Please allow up to 3 business days to process. Check Number ***

They make it next to impossible to cancel the auto shipping and get a refund. Would not take NO for an answer. Awful customer service! Hung up on me.
They make it next to impossible to cancel the auto shipping and get a refund. Would not take NO for an answer. Awful customer service! Hung up on me. I am an elderly woman that they ran in circles when I tried to cancel and get my money back from this "guaranteed" product that did not work. Wasn't until I said I was going to report them to the Revdex.com did they unwillingly refund my money.

Desired Outcome

To get the word out to not trust the ad of this company. The product does not work and they make it almost impossible to cancel the auto shipment and/or refund the money that they advertise will be if the product does not work.

Ms.,
We recently received your complaint #XXXXXXXX regarding your Luxury skin care account. We take complaints very seriously and we hope this response will provide you with additional information. According to our records, we received your order on September 7th, 2018.

The terms of the offer that you agreed to at the time of your order clearly state that you were to have a 14 day trial period starting from the date that the order was placed, in which you could cancel your account to avoid further charges. They also indicate that "you must take affirmative action to avoid further charges or you will be charged in the amount of $84.49 for the Luxury Eye Revitalizer and $89.97 for the Luxury Skin Cream fourteen days from the date that the order was placed for the product(s)."

These terms were presented to you in multiple places on our website when you ordered our product. Additionally, you were sent an order confirmation email after your order was completed that provided a full written version of the terms you agreed to.

When you ordered the product you also clicked a button indicating that you agreed to the terms of the offer. When a customer clicks that button we must assume that they have actually read what they are agreeing to. If there was any confusion with the terms you could have called our customer service team and they would have been happy to assist you.

Since we did not hear from you during your trial period, you were charged $84.49 on September 23rd 2018.

According to our records the first contact we had requesting the cancellation of your account was on October 5th 2018 when you cancelled with a representative. Your account was immediately cancelled, and you have not received any shipments or charges since then.

As a courtesy, the representative provided you with a 100% refund on your most recent charge. You were refunded $84.49 on October 5th . Please allow 3-5 business days to reflect into your account.

Your account remains canceled and you will not receive any further shipments or charges. I hope this resolves your concern today and I hope you have a good day!

I did not order this eye cream and I'm sending it back . I hope you have not charged me for it .. The phone number listed is not a working number .. please advise - I do not want this product .

Unexpected charges on my credit card after ordering and paying the advertised charges up front to try the product.
Purchased 2 trial products and paid the advertised money for them. Nowhere did it state more charges were coming. 2 weeks later more than 160.09 in charges show up on my credit card.
I need these charges removed

Desired Outcome

FULL REFUND ON BOTH PRODUCTS

Seeking a refund for 2 skin care products. this company tricks customers into ordering samples and then charges the full price.
I signed up to receive a sample of a skin care cream for the price of shipping. While signing up for the cream I was forced to also sign up for an eye cream as well, which I did not want but had no way not to accept. No where in their advertising did they make it clear that I was signing up for a subscription and that I would be automatically charged the full price of over 80.00 for each product if I did not cancel within 16 days. the other issue is the product did not arrive at my residence until August 4 - now that I have done some research, they say a person has 16 days to try the product. My account was charged on August 13 for one and August 16 for the other. I did not even have 16 days to try the product, which by the way has done nothing for my skin. here are details of the orders:
Order Number: XXXXXX Ordered On: 07/29/2018 02:00 pm
Order Number: XXXXXX Ordered On: 07/29/2018 02:00 pm
I received a shipping confirmation on 7/31/18 here is the tracking number
XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

Desired Outcome

i called their customer service line on August 17 and was told my subscription was cancelled and i would receive a refund. I received confirmation emails regarding the cancellation but no refund. I emailed the customer service department and now they are saying they do not give refunds. So the 1st person actually lied to me, or now they are going back on their word.

the refunds have been received. I really appreciate your customer service response. thank you

I ordered trial of Luxerevival Eye Cream. I attempted to call, but could not find Cust Serv #. Website directed me to Bellamia.
Unable to contact company.

Desired Outcome

I do not wish to receive any more of this product, I did not sign up for subscription and I do not want to be charged for anymore product. Bellamia denies any knowledge of this product although website for Luxerevival directs me to Bellamia. I have no way to contact Luxerevival and feel I will receive future charges for product. This company is a scam.

Dear ***,

Thank you for contacting us and sharing your concern we want you to be satisfied with the product and your experience. I am sorry to hear that you were not satisfied.

According to our records the first contact we had requesting the cancellation of your account was on August 20, 2017 when you cancelled over our automated system. Your account was immediately cancelled and you have not received any shipments or charges since then.

Your account remains canceled and you will not receive any further shipments or charges. I hope this resolves your concern today and I hope you have a good day!

I ordered a skin and eye cream advertised as free, just pay shipping and handling at $5.99. Shortly thereafter I saw $174.46 posted to my debit card that I'd originally used for the shipping and handling! After a very long phone call to the company I was told I'd also signed up for automatic shipment of the face and eye cream each month! Finally, during said phone call they agreed to take me off the automatic delivery and refund the purchase price as long as I sent back the product. I did so the same day. They acknowledged receiving the product on 3/17/18. Weeks passed and still no refund. I called again on 5/17/18 and was again offered a full refund in 7-10 days maximum. They just called me today 5/23/18 and said sorry, no refund, you opened the products. I'm guessing this is what they are told to say, so that later they can say if it's opened, no refund. I was never told the products needed to be unopened. I was never asked if the products were unopened. I never had a chance to try the product before the debit showed up on my card. I never opened the products! I am very angry at this web sight not being up front about their scheme and the fact that they now refuse to refund almost $200 when I thought I was getting a sample "trial" of a product for $5.99. Very poor customer service, and very rude people on the other end of the phone. I want my money back as promised. I cannot, and never would, spend almost $200 on skin care products! I earn $15 an hour, this is big money for me! Thank you, ***

Desired Outcome

Other (requires explanation) I would like, as promised my $174.46. Zack at 855-204-9421 spoke to me on 5/17/18 and again acknowledged receiving the products on 3/17/18 and that I would get the full refund deposited back into my account in 7-10 days maximum. A lady called today 5/23/18 from 855-549-1855 and said no refund. I missed the call and called it right back to discuss that I had already been told I was getting a full refund. The man that answered was rude, said no refund and hung up on me.Thank you

Dear ***,

Thank you for contacting us and sharing your concern we want you to be satisfied with the product and your experience. I am sorry to hear that you were not satisfied.

After reviewing your account it appears that the products were returned opened which is why we were not able to issue the full refund. We did attempt to contact the phone # on file, (XXX)XXX-XXXX multiple times to offer a partial refund due to the products being returned opened. It does fully explain that we can only issue a refund for products returned unopened in the Terms & Conditions. We're not able to restock or resell an opened product.

As a courtesy, today we have provided you with a 100% refund on your most recent charge(s). You were refunded $174.46. Refund eCheck has been issued to the email address on file, ***@yahoo.com in the amount of $174.46. Please allow up to 3 business days to process. Check Number ***

Your account remains canceled and you will not receive any further shipments or charges. I hope this resolves your concern today and I hope you have a good day!

(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
After several months and numerous phone calls, the company finally agreed to refund my money. I would never deal with this company again as they are untruthful. They hide the fact that while ordering a product and advertise their products as though you "just pay shipping and handling" they charge you FULL price AND put you on a monthly shipping order without your permission! All this BEFORE you have a chance to use their product. Very unprofessional.

I received an email stating that I had ordered their Luxury Eye Revitalizer which I had not.

The email stated: Order Number: XXXXX - Ordered On: 04/21/2018 10:12am
I did NOT make this order nor have I had any contact with this company! The email further stated:
This is not a free product. You have purchased a trial. You have sixteen days to try the product and if for some reason you do not enjoy it, call our customer service to return it to us, cancel any further shipments, and/or charges. By purchasing this product, you agree to our Terms, Conditions, and Billing Details. You will be billed on the sixteenth day of your trial for $84.49, unless you call, cancel, and return your products. After your trial is over, you will then be enrolled into our monthly beauty membership program and shipped a new product every thirty days thereafter. We hope you love the new radiant glow your skin may receive after a few weeks of using our Luxurious Ageless Beauty Products! Our Customer Care # is 855-204-9566

Desired Outcome

My banking records as yet do not reflect a charge of $6.49. It must be a scam and should be stopped. I don't know how they even got my email address. I wanted to report this as an invasion of my email address and fraud and to stop them from continuing this practice.

Luxe Revival Response • Apr 25, 2018

Dear ***,

I am sorry for any inconvenience or confusion when it comes to the trial that was signed up for. After reviewing your account it appears that the order was placed on April 21, 2018. The order was canceled via Email Support on the same day that the order was placed.

Since the order was canceled with in 24 hours of it being generated, the transactions were voided which resulted in them not being posted from your account. Since the charges were not posted the amount was not debited.

Your account remains canceled and you will not receive any further shipments or charges. I hope this resolves your concern today and I hope you have a good day!

Customer Response • Apr 27, 2018

(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
I accept their response, however, let it be known that I never signed up for the trial to begin with. Sad that a company can do this without a persons permission.

Company has failed to provide refund for returned products.
Replied to their offer to receive their two creams for a trial and only be charged the shipping fees. Received the cream and was charged for shipping on 12/16/17 (Total $13.37). Then 2 weeks later on 12/30/17 they charged the entire price of the creams ($89.99 and #84.49). One month later (1/29/18) I received another shipment and was charged the $89.99 and $84.49 again). The only thing I had agreed to was the trial and their offer stated I would only be responsible for shipping fees. I have made MULTIPLE calls to their customer service line. They gave me a return auth # for the second shipment and I returned it unopened to them. I have a USPS signed receipt that they signed for the return on 2/26/18. In my calls, I advised that I had never authorized additional shipments. They have credited me with $84.49 for one of the creams and advised that they would only refund $42.24 (1/2 of the other $84.49 charge) as they claim that since I did not return the trial product within 14 days, I agreed to be charged for it. They claimed to offer the 1/2 credit as a courtesy. I am still trying to get refunds for the two $89.97 charges. I called their customer service again on March 23 and was told that refund request had to go through a different company from the other refund, but that it was being handled. I still have not received any refund and I called again today (4/13/18). The rep "Dean" said he would send it to be escalated. I have no faith that it will. All charges were made to my personal credit card.

Desired Outcome

Refund of $179.94 (Two charges of $89.97)

I ordered the product on Jan 8 and it was not recieved for over week and I was given additional time. Was told it was a free trial ended up having to pay for not only ONE item but two. Then eye care product burned skin under my eyes and made the 'bags' worse. The face cream caused a bad head ache. I went to cancel it, so as to not be charged $90 a month and my order was not found. Gave full name, full address, partial CC number, order numbers and shipping order number. Then was asked to call back, which I did. The service representative, by the name of Chris, supposedly consulted the supervisor. He would not let me speak to that person. He asked me to once again called back because he did not have the 'right computer' for the 'new software'. He told me if the person could not find my order to tell them I needed some 'new software' system to retrieve my order. Every, single, time, he said the software's name he LAUGHED. Needless to say I could not cancel. When I told him that this was not my responsibility and I was going to be filing a complaint with the Revdex.com, he hung up on me.

Desired Outcome

Modification/discontinuance of This product is harmful, the customer service is horrible, the advertising is false in everyway - does not do what is claimed, it is not a free trial. It needs to be pulled. This product on all levels is not just misleading but patently FALSE.
