A ghost company?
I ordered two chaise lounge chairs for my patio on 5/12/2020, I contacted them today 6/17/2020 and got the message that they don't know when they will receive the chairs from the supplier. Much as they had earlier this week. I sent an inquiry to them on their website to cancel they order as they could not give me a delivery date five weeks after they charged my credit card. website states that " a representative will contact you in one business day", It never happened. I just want my money credited back to the credit card that I used. All the wonderful reviews that I've read appear to be fictitious from my point of view. What's up Luxedecor?
