I am rejecting this response because:
Luxomo failed to contact me both by email or voicemails that I left for themI tried calling hem throughout the day for daysI even left them a message to call me back because I did not receive any confirmation number from my order after two daysI requested them to can cancel my order even in the voicemail I left themNowhere on there website did they indicate an email address to get in contact with them I have proof from their customer service websiteIt does not indicate anything of the sort like what Luxomo indicatedYou can check out the link below They now want me to troubleshoot their website to see why its not working, which is not my problem to solve for themI tried the phone number on the customer support site and it only goes to voicemailsLuxomo is lying, please verify their websiteNo one was there to pick up the calls or return the calls. When I got a hold of them through Facebook ( which is not even listed as a customer support contact) they finally responded to meAs I told them to cancel the order, they did not do it nor respond to me They later told me it was sent out after I had requested to have it cancelledAs I told the gentleman I no longer wanted the product after all the troubles that i'm going throughI can not buy something from a company that does not have any type of customer service nor a contact number and email address They also failed to provide any confirmation number to my order while accepting my paymentMy bank is now involved with getting my money back from themI told them not to send it now they want me to jump through hoops to send them back their itemLike I told them I do not want to deal with them anymoreTrying to give me a discount at the very last minute so I would not write anything about their poor customer service or business practices.I want my money back and I don't care about your productIt's Luxomo's responsibility to identify something is wrong with their check out system, not mineThey even confirmed it's their fault, now all I ask is that you return me my money! ***

Hello,I have emailed the customer a return label and RMA to send this back, he does not want any further resolution at this timeAgain, we apologize for the experience this customer has had with us. Thanks,Michael

Hello, Our website was having issues with sending over confirmation emailsTo the customer, it looked like he made an order, was charged, and did not receive any confirmationsThe customer also stated that they tried reaching us for days but saw no communicationThey ended up reaching out
to us on 1/5/FaceBook this was the first time we were made aware of this issue. Besides the confirmation not going out, this was a completely order that shipped on timeAt this point the customer wanted to cancel the order but because it was shipped I could not cancel itHowever, I offered several times to have them return the item upon receipt or even discount the item if they wanted to keep itI am still awaiting their reply to resolve this, I am more than willing to do what they would like.
