Excellent customer service! Gave me discount refund for items I purchased weeks previouslyVery happy with items and delivery!

Ordered Ralph Lauren Sunglasses color black in the beginning of March. Never received a confirmation or anything, but I did receive sunglasses from Luxomo a week later. The glasses in the package were nothing like what I ordered and were not Ralph Lauren. They didn't even try. The label had some other brand on it. They were white cheap plastic sunglasses that were completely hideous. I would never wear them. I emailed them several times have yet to receive a single response. You can't call them because their phone number does not work. Pretty much donated money to this company because I don't see that they will fix this. Do NOT BUY from them. I actually went through Brad's Deals so was thinking it was a legit company. So WRONG! Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere.

I've ordered from that site for 175 USD from France and never received my item.
Since then, no one answers the phone nor reply to e-mails.
I have asked my bank to charge back my credit card.
This site is very likely a scam.
Stay away.

Review: I've purchased a versace Ve2135b 100287 women's sunglasses off Luxomo.com and used [redacted] to pay for it. The order# they have provided is [redacted]. I've been trying to get in touch with them for the past couple of days but they are neither answering any phone calls nor have they replied to any of my emails. All together they have charged me US$209.07 (includes $34.12 international shipping fee) .Desired Settlement: I would like them to either provide me with a tracking number if they have already despatched the sunglasses or refund my money asap.

I placed my order on [redacted] August, 2014. I have not received any update regarding the order till date (9/*/2014). I checked the status of the order online via logging in to website ([redacted]), but it still shows me status as "preparing".

I have not received the above said order. I have sent 2 emails and numerous phone calls to customer service number (###-###-####).Desired Settlement: Need the product ASAP or a refund is expected.

Review: I ordered a pair of sunglasses from this company on May [redacted], 2015. Was billed for the merchandise on the same day but never received the sunglasses to this day. It's now day 29, I've made countless attempts to contact them via telephone and e-mail but haven't received either a call back or an e-mail from anyone. I waited one month only because there's nothing on their website indicating a delivery date.Desired Settlement: Being simply contacted by the company, getting a refund or getting the merchandise would be acceptable, though I doubt any of that is going to happen. I would like this company to be shut down, discontinuing its false advertising and claims to prevent anyone else from falling for their scam.

Review: On 7/**/14, I purchased a pair of sunglasses on-line from Luxomo. I was unhappy with the polarized lenses of the product, so I called the company on the phone to inquire about how returns are handled. A male sales associate stated "We make returns easy - all you have to do is send product and original packing form back to us." I returned the UNUSED PRODUCT IN IT ORIGINAL PACKAGING back to Luxomo via [redacted] on 8/*/14, and received a confirmation email from [redacted] stating the package had been delivered and arrived on 8/**/14. After 3-4 weeks, I still had not heard from the company about the status of my returns, so I began calling the company. I could never get a hold of anyone to speak with them, so I left several voicemail messages over the course of the next few weeks. I even emailed the company on 10/**/14 and 11/*/14 inquiring about my refund, but have yet to hear from the company.

I am simply requesting for refund for the product that I have returned and which they have received.Desired Settlement: Refun $131.76 (price paid for sunglasses; no shipping fees)

Review: My order number with luxomo.com is [redacted]. I ordered a pair of sunglasses Prada sport on line and was given the order number stated above. The amount of $199.66 was taken from my account on the [redacted] of June. $164.76 for the sunglasses and $34.90 for delivery through [redacted]. The email that I received stated that I would be receiving an email with a track number but so far I have not received any news from Luxomo.com. Tried to contact them several times using the number stated in the website to no avail. I am starting thinking that I have been conned.

Review: My wife happened to see the promotion of Gucci Sunglasses yesterday in Luxomo online, and I placed an order for her. As the price was very attractive, we decided to buy more for friends also. Upon I placed an order (Order #[redacted]), I did received confirmation from Luxomo via Email, at the same time, my bank debited me for the costs. But, unfortunately, I found that my order was in CLOSED status with any reasons today. That is not fair, as Luxomo confirmed for my order, why did they cancelled my order without any communication and any reasons? Do I have any problem for placing that order? I would like to report this case, and seek Revdex.com's assistance. Thanks in advance.Desired Settlement: 1) Firstly, I required for an explanation. 2) Secondly, I would like to ask Luxomo to resume and proceed my order. I am afraid that I could not buy the sunglasses anywhere else for the promotion price, therefore, I insist Luxomo to fulfill my order.
