We used [redacted] to install engineered hardwood throughout our whole house (2000 square feet) last year. We had a fantastic experience with [redacted] and his crew. They were incredibly respectful, always on time, and worked hard throughout the day. It took 6 days to complete the project. We received 3 bids for our job and [redacted] was comparable. His professionalism and politeness definitely nudged us to choose him. Included in the cost was the removal of our old carpet and tile, moving our furniture, and installation of baseboards. The whole process was smooth and easy. Our floors look beautiful and we receive compliments on them all the time. I would highly recommend Luxor Floors and [redacted].
I used [redacted] and his team to install hardwood flooring, baseboards and crown molding in a home that I was project managing some renovation work. [redacted] and his team did R & R (Rip and replace) on the flooring. They were professional, efficient, timely and completed the job early. I did not need to follow-up with them and did not have any issues with the work that required follow-up or repair. Two years later the floors have had no issues. We found [redacted] and his team to be professional, craftsman that paid attention to details and were easy to work with on getting the job completed. They did not ask for payment before starting the work other than a standard deposit so the payment process was smooth and transparent. I would use [redacted] and his team again for hardwood flooring, carpeting or installing baseboards and/or crown molding.
