pick up time, in order to qualify for the $100 credit on the ride the vehicle must be 15 minutes late.The passenger did not qualify for the On time guarantee yet we have applied over $146 in credit by waiving wait charges on 2 vehicles as well as applying an additional $30 discount to the ride that was 13 minutes late.the third file is a screen shot of our home page, the client states there is no asterisk next to the on time guarantee, as you can clearly see there is an asterisk as well as an actual disclaimer stating the $100 limit.We have gone above and beyond to settle this matter including giving the client 1.5 x  $100 cap for the on time guarantee.

Review: I used Luxor for my wedding on 4/**/14. 2 sprinters one of the sprinters was going in the wrong direction to our scheduled location for photos which was a rental fee for a half hour time slot. One of the sprinter was going in the wrong direction the wedding party advised him that he was going in the wrong direction he refused to listen and went to the west side of Central Park one he arrived at the wrong location and saw for himself that it was no one there that when he choose to listen to the wedding party. By the time the missing half of the wedding party arrived our time slot was up tee were unable to get the pictures with the other half of our bridal party. I reached out to the owner 4x. I spoke to him once, he advise he would check the GPS and get back to me, which we have yet to get a return call. This limo driver ruined my wedding photos.Desired Settlement: I would like a partial refund for one sprinter rental. There were 3 location. Pickup at the church to the park for photos and drop off at the reception the driver failed to get the wedding party at the photo destination that was consisted of a rental fee and a half hour time slot

Excellent customer service. Neat attire and vehicle. The only complaint I have is not notifying the directions of a toll when their are other routes without tolls & that the driver calls when he arrives. I received a text who my driver was but not that he was outside until I asked where are you which cut into my time a few minutes. Other than that quality is great!! I'll use again definitely!

I requested the services of this company for my sons H.S prom. Being able to book a vehicle on the requested day seemed easy but once the day of my sons prom arrived, it was a different story. We booked a Sedan for 6 hours and it all totaled $455.00. The company not only sent the wrong car ([redacted] car) but they never called us to tell us anything. When we called to address their mistake they claimed the sedan broke down, so when asked why they didn't notify us they came up with some lame excuse and offered us a 20% discount which wasn't nearly enough to consider the [redacted] Car which wasn't even from their company, it was a third party company who they sent instead!! It's disgusting how this company tried to take advantage of us because they assumed this is a vulnerable situation and we would go along with what they sent... WRONG!! Luxurlimo agreed to send an upgraded car which would have taken another 30 minutes to come and the kids would have been late for their prom. So we cancelled the service all together and demanded a full refund, which we got. I will never do business with these crooks again!!!

Review: The limo was 22 minutes late. There were 24 people who waited on the late limo who can attest to this claim. The business disputes this claim, based on a text message sent by a driver at his discretion as well as GPS information. Customer service claimed that although they offer a free ride if more than 15 minutes late, "highlighting the terms and conditions will show that it is only up to $100." These conditions are included in an email received from the company with a reservation confirmation and it has proven false. Highlighting the statement does nothing but highlight the statement and there are not any asterisks or additional information, in the confirmation email. Although this is the easiest transgression to prove, it is not the only instance of the business advertising more than they can commit to.Desired Settlement: I would like the company to honor their original claims.
