Hello,please see the attached files, the first file contains the confirmation email sent to the passengerthe first paragraph under the trip details states "On time Guarantee: Maximum value $100"the second file is a GPS record of the vehilce in front of the address minutes after pick up time, in order to qualify for the $credit on the ride the vehicle must be minutes late.The passenger did not qualify for the On time guarantee yet we have applied over $in credit by waiving wait charges on vehicles as well as applying an additional $discount to the ride that was minutes late.the third file is a screen shot of our home page, the client states there is no asterisk next to the on time guarantee, as you can clearly see there is an asterisk as well as an actual disclaimer stating the $limit.We have gone above and beyond to settle this matter including giving the client x $cap for the on time guarantee
