Review: purchased vehicle on 3-20-14 for $9200 cash, it was advertised for $13500.

[redacted] owner of the place put down on the contract $4000 to avoid taxes.

[redacted] failed to do all smog and registration as he said he did. car exceeded 90 day period with out smog nor registration complete, car did not have a license plate. car was stoped and ticketed by CHP and finally Imponded. [redacted] the owner refused to be responsible and only on 6-6-14 that he did the registration complete and picked up the plates form DMV. Yet the registration and plates still in his hand and I have my car 30 day impound with no proof to get it out and no proof to fix my tickets. This man has lied about all the refunds he will issue me for the repair for brakes and A/C, he said he will pay me $300 and he has not. This has been a horrible experience, I ve paid cash for this car and still can't drive it. I have had the dmv investigate him and they have fined him and found him at fault.Desired Settlement: $6300 in cash refund
