About 6 weeks ago I sent my Nikon camera to Luxtech for repairs. After a while I called them to learn that my camera was on parts hold. They had no ETA for the parts, and I was patient allowing more time. After over 6 weeks, my patience is zero. They still have no clue regarding when the back-ordered parts should arrive. Now I am having my camera sent back because I have no faith that they will EVER fix it. They failed to call back when promised, they failed to meet dates, they failed miserably and I do not recommend them for any business.
