After calling the number on their invoice to ask for directions on how to return an item, I discovered that the phone number on the invoice was that of a private line and the individual told me that I wasn't the first person to call and ask for "Luxurious Home Designs." I googled the address on the invoice, only to find that it was the address of a home that was for sale. I emailed them at the email on their website and told them that I thought I had ordered a different item and could I please send the items back in exchange for the items I wanted....They said that their policy was a 25% restocking fee and I was responsible for the shipping. I said fine and asked where to send the items...no response. I told them that maybe I needed to file a report with the Revdex.com since they wouldn't let me exchange the items. I then got an email that said: "We will be processing a refund to your card this afternoon and will email a receipt as soon as that goes through. Please let me know once you receive it. Also, please note that the items you ordered were the items you received. You may keep the items and do with them as you see fit. Thanks so much." That was sent to me on February 4, 2014. Ordered moose bottle opener from company 3 months ago, charged to my account that day. Rec'd damaged goods 9mos ago. Company said they would send replacement. I ordered an item through their online site and was charged but never received it. They do not respond to email or phone calls.On April 26th I ordered a "Iron Stretching Cat Kitten & Bird Garden Statue Figure Verde Green Statuary" from their online catalog and paid $99 through [redacted] I have that receipt. I never received the item. Within the past week I emailed them at the customer service suggested email address and never heard back.
