Review: I order 2 bundles of Malaysian hair from their website. After unsucessfully trying to connect with USPS wo sign for the package it was returned to the vendor unclaimed. I have tracking information to confirm that it was returned as "Unclaimed" to the vendor. I registered a dispute with [redacted] but they were unable to assist because I was outside their 45-day dispute resolution window. After numerous requests I finally reached the vendor and arranged for a re-shipment of merchandise. To date, neither the re-shipment nor my inquiries have been satisfactorily resolved.Desired Settlement: I would like my $138.20 refunded.

While I never received any response to my numerous attempts to contact the company via email or telephone, a package containing the merchandise I ordered was finally delivered.

I find that this resolution to complaint #[redacted] is satisfactory to me.
